The service was incredibly warm and attentive, going above and beyond to meet our needs. The hotel's location is perfect, tucked away from the noisy areas, providing a peaceful and pleasant environment. The food at the hotel was delicious, much better than the restaurants in the old town's tourist spots.

Tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the Old Town, this secluded luxury hotel is truly perfect for a relaxing getaway. The minimalist and sophisticated architectural design perfectly complements the natural mountain scenery, and the public areas offer stunning views, making every photo a picturesque one. The guest rooms are spacious, and you can enjoy breathtaking snow-capped mountain views right from your window, making falling asleep to the mountain landscape especially delightful. The cleanliness is meticulous and thorough, and the amenities are comprehensive, ensuring a comfortable and relaxing stay. The staff are gentle, attentive, and strike the perfect balance. Breakfast is delicious and plentiful, and the overall atmosphere is peaceful and therapeutic. Slowing down here and experiencing the unique tranquility and beauty of Lijiang made for an incredibly memorable stay.

Booked this place after seeing it was the same one Li Xiaolu stayed at online, and it definitely didn't disappoint! The guesthouse is absolutely beautiful. Arrived late at night, and they had airport pickup service. Was pleasantly surprised to find instant noodles in the mini-bar – perfect for a hungry late-night arrival, nothing beats instant noodles then! Breakfast goes until 11:30 AM, which is fantastic for late risers. Woke up in the morning, opened my eyes, and just stared at the beautiful view outside the window for half an hour! Lijiang is stunning. I'll definitely be back and will stay here again!

Coming to Lijiang just for this hotel was absolutely worth it! The room with the snow mountain view was breathtaking – the golden glow of the sun on the mountain was so beautiful it left me speechless. The room itself was clean and comfortable, the facilities were brand new, and the service was incredibly attentive; our butler was always available. It’s a peaceful retreat amidst the bustling area; just chilling in the hotel and gazing at the mountains was the perfect vacation. It's fantastic for couples, creating a wonderful ambiance. Highly recommended!

Stepping out onto the balcony, you're greeted by the majestic Jade Dragon Snow Mountain, and the refreshing breeze from the Wenbi Mountain scenic area makes every breath feel lighter 🌬️. The hotel's complimentary experiences are truly delightful: A lavish breakfast to start the day, afternoon tea at the popular Cow Shed Cafe with stunning snow mountain views that are incredibly therapeutic, and well-organized cultural experiences like traditional tie-dyeing, a relaxing spa, and even a travel photoshoot.

This was the last hotel on my trip, and also the one I'd love to go back to. It was definitely the best overall among all the hotels I stayed at. Everything from the public areas to the rooms, and the standardization and systematic nature of the service, was top-notch. The hotel offers expansive views of Jade Dragon Snow Mountain in the distance, making it perfect for a multi-night stay before exploring the surrounding areas.

Lying in bed and watching the 'sun-kissed golden mountains' at sunrise is simply breathtaking. The service is meticulous and thoughtful; we were greeted with welcome fruits and snacks upon check-in. Both the infinity pool and the cow shed cafe offer incredibly therapeutic views. There's also an infinity view dining area, making every meal feel like you're eating within a painting. The biggest surprise was the hotel's own museum, and the opportunity to try tie-dye handicraft – it truly maximized the vacation vibe. Highly recommend!
