I never review the hotels I have stayed in online, but this time was the biggest pitfall I encountered on Ctrip. It is necessary to record it in the hope that it can help everyone avoid pitfalls. The experience was so weird that I will write the conclusion first. The advantage of this B&B is that the scenery is very good. It is halfway up the mountain and has a wide field of vision. You can see the Jade Dragon Snow Mountain and Haba Snow Mountain at the same time (of course it requires the cooperation of the clouds), and it is easy to take photos of the magnificent scenery. In addition to the scenery, the facilities, services, and catering that the hotel itself should have cannot match the price of the hotel. It can be said that at least two-thirds of the price of more than 1,600 is the scenery, and this scenery is not irreplaceable. Generally speaking, the word "wild luxury" is fully present in the wild, but there is no trace of luxury. The B&B has no walls or signboards. It is simply surrounded by barbed wire, like an unfinished construction site. The roads inside are paved with small stones. The stones are only paved and not fixed, so it is completely impossible to drag luggage. Building materials can be found everywhere, bricks, sinks, wooden *****s, sand... Coupled with the horse manure scattered on the gravel road and the tent without a roof, it is impossible to imagine that this is a hotel. We stayed for two nights and saw a total of one waiter, one hotel owner, and an unidentified lady. The hotel only has three rooms open in total. My friend and I booked it, but the heater in the wooden villa kept dripping, and there was no way to solve it. The interiors of Haba Snow Mountain Tent and Jade Dragon Snow Mountain Tent are mottled with visible cracks. The sockets are loose and can shake. The dirt in the shower room can be easily removed by rubbing your feet twice. The double-glazed glass of some windows was broken, and broken glass pieces hung on the windows, which were crystal clear in the sunlight. In addition to the bathroom heater in the shower room and the hair dryer in the bathroom, the household appliances in the house are a fireplace, an electric blanket and a radio. On the first night, the fireplace roared and suddenly cracked at one o'clock in the middle of the night. All the lights were out, and there was only the red light of the fireplace in the room. After surviving for a few minutes, it became dark. Contacted the store manager, no one responded. I can only listen to the howling wind outside the house, feel the shaking of the house with the wind, and comfort myself to go to sleep quickly. When I woke up in the morning, I found that it was only six degrees. Fortunately, the electricity came on at about seven o'clock and the fireplace could be started again. I met an unidentified lady during the day and learned that the hotel had not solved the problem of water and electricity, so the electricity was powered by solar energy and the water was mountain spring water brought by cars (later I learned that the water would be cut off in winter), so the electricity would be cut off at night. , no one should get up at midnight to switch the fuel generator. Moreover, the lady said that she felt very warm. I could only sigh inwardly that she was in great shape and could still feel hot at 6 degrees Celsius. The next day, before going to bed, the hotel switched to a fuel-fired generator and there was no power outage all night. However, the fireplace beeped and the alarm broke at two o'clock in the middle of the night. Opening the hotel service manual, there are various tourist routes, which are rich and interesting. When we arrived, we only had three hiking routes to choose from. Since my children were still young, I chose the easiest nearby village to visit. In fact, we just walked along the hillside to the end, walked into a small village and walked around. There was no experience of Pumi life. When it comes to eating, it's lackluster. The boss said that conditions are limited, so we can only eat hot pot and barbecue, not stir-fry dishes. Hotpot on the first day and barbecue on the second day. The barbecue ingredients are put together. No matter how you grill the chicken wings, they are always red inside and have a strange taste. The strangest thing is that while we were struggling to grill the chicken wings, the unknown lady was happily cooking. Didn’t it say you can’t cook? When I booked the hotel, I asked the hotel if they could send me to the airport, and the hotel owner said yes. We just understood it as free shipping. After the power outage occurred, the hotel owner said that in order to express his apology, he helped us pay for the fare to leave the hotel. It turned out that this was also charged. During our stay at the hotel, the nine of us had lunch at a hotel in a nearby town, which cost 186. The hotel owner was also responsible for driving us back to the hotel. I had two breakfasts and two dinners at the hotel, and I didn't see any special ingredients. By the way, the hotel strongly recommends the local tofu, which is tofu. Before leaving, the hotel owner said he would charge another 860 yuan for the meal. There are too many details to describe them all. In short, the hotel owner is focused on making money, and he can save money if he has a kind attitude and a sincere expression. He only has the goal of making money, and service is not a consideration when he opens his business. The entire living experience is “buckled”. Ctrip introduces such B&Bs without any review and supervision, which damages the brand image and affects customer experience. I don’t plan to use Ctrip again in the future. To add, the WIFI in the hotel is basically unusable, so you have to rely on your own mobile phone data.

Ctrip’s first bad review, there was no signal on the mountain, and the merchant did not inform in advance. After driving for 2 hours on the mountain road, it was deserted and there was no street sign. The whole mountain looked for a signal to contact the merchant. The boss said that it is not our responsibility to have no signal. , Our conditions are like this, you can't help it, really awesome! What free travel shooting, night bonfire, the end of July is the peak season, there is no! There are only 2 staff members in the whole hotel. Those praises may be brushed out, and 100 tickets are required to enter the hotel! The scenery is really good. Regarding accommodation, the room is hot to death during the day and cold at night. 風景一絕，我定的帳篷房老闆給免費升艙到最豪華那間，雪山就在眼前！值得！guide小哥哥熱情負責，阿姨飯也好吃！來之前擔心的交通問題也沒啥問題，玉龍雪山滴滴拼車過去沒花到80，下山還有交通車衹要40！完美！

露營環境一級棒，雪山和夜空星星盡在眼裡。老闆親自接待，除夕夜一起看春晚，一起玩煙花，早餐特別豐盛，而且提供各種水果和零食，咖啡可以自助手沖，小孩説想玩雪，老闆馬上帶我們去一個地方玩雪，整個入住和遊玩過程十分滿意。

房間風景設備都很好🤗剛好路過發現的寶藏民宿玉龍十三峯的美景填補了這次雲南之旅沒有去到梅里雪山的遺憾
