Club Med Lijiang

A very satisfying four-day, three-night trip. Travis at Club Med Lijiang gave us a warm welcome. The food was excellent, and there were so many activities, making it perfect for a family vacation. We'll definitely choose Club Med again next time!

Nestled at the foot of Jade Dragon Snow Mountain, this Club Med truly embodies what it means to be a 'treasure resort' worth visiting again and again. But what moved me even more than the stunning snow-capped mountain views was the human touch here. First, I must give a shout-out to our reception host, Joji! She proactively added us on WeChat even before our arrival to discuss our needs, providing meticulous service. Her conversations exuded warmth and sincerity, making this family trip exceptionally heartwarming. If the snow mountain is Lijiang's scenery, then kind and responsible people like her are the soul of this Club Med. Big props to the Mini Club staff: Patrick, Strawberry, Zheng, Jerry, and others! Their activities were varied every day, including crafts, games, rock climbing, and Dongba cultural experiences. My child woke up every morning eager to go on the flying trapeze. The staff were patient and professional, always attentive to the children's well-being. Leaving my child with them, I experienced the true joy of 'effortless child-minding.' When it was time to leave, my child held their hands and said they wanted to come back next time – at that moment, all the wonderful memories turned into reluctance to depart. Joji waved us goodbye at the hotel entrance, continuing to wave until we were out of sight... Thank you for all your sincerity and hard work! This place left us with more than just a vacation experience; it left us with a warm and memorable one. We look forward to returning soon to see these lovely people again~

The weather in Lijiang in May was just perfect, not too hot and not too cold. We chose Club Med Lijiang Resort for our family trip and stayed in the hotel for all three nights without going out. There was plenty to do! They offer a variety of activities and all-inclusive meals, so you don't have to worry about what to eat or how to entertain yourselves – the resort takes care of everything. A special shout-out to Dylan for his attentive and warm service throughout our stay. We'll definitely be back!

Club Med Lijiang offers incredibly attentive service, and what's great is that it feels natural and not forced. The resort environment is lovely, the staff are gentle and kind, and the activity atmosphere is superb! A special thank you to Joji and Fabrina. My child wasn't feeling well the day we arrived, and Joji checked in on them daily, showing genuine concern. We also consistently received activity announcements and invitations. On the day we checked out, they even gave us a souvenir, which added so much emotional value to our stay. We definitely plan to visit again when we have the chance.

This is the ultimate family-friendly hotel! They offer a kids' club during the day, and every evening there are different themed G.O. shows, which means both kids and adults have a great time! Plus, the buffet and the Dayan Bar offer all-you-can-eat options every day.

The Club Med Joyview I stayed at before in the Jiangsu-Zhejiang-Shanghai area really wasn't authentic, haha! This trip to Lijiang has made me absolutely obsessed with CM! **Kids' Club (ages 4-10) with full-day supervision:** There are different activities every day, and what the kids look forward to most is the flying trapeze! It's so exciting and unique! They offer full supervision from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM! It's a rare chance for parents to have some free time. You can also pick them up anytime. They even create WeChat groups and periodically send photos of the kids' activities. **Nightly themed G.O. shows and parties:** The G.O.s (Gentle Organizers) are truly amazing! They work during the day, perform at night, rehearse past midnight, and then are back at work the next day! Incredible! **Two things left the deepest impression on me:** 1. During the May Day holiday, the hotel specially organized a 'Long Street Banquet' dinner, which was also included in the all-inclusive package. The weather wasn't cooperating; it kept raining, and the staff kept apologizing, feeling they hadn't delivered perfectly. But honestly, the weather was completely beyond their control. They even conducted a survey, saying they wanted to upgrade future Long Street Banquets, adding special tablecloths, upgrading tables and chairs, etc. They truly set high standards for themselves! 2. My child accidentally burned their hand while eating hotpot. G.O. Travis immediately sent burn cream to our room after hearing about it and even checked on the injury the next day. They genuinely care about the children.

We chose the all-inclusive package for the May Day holiday to avoid crowds, seeking a hassle-free and high-quality experience. Unexpectedly, we encountered an emergency in Lijiang. Honestly, when my child experienced altitude sickness quite unexpectedly, as a parent, I had absolutely no experience with such a situation. However, what deeply touched and relieved me was the exceptional professionalism demonstrated by Darcy and the concierge staff in handling the emergency. Especially since I already had Darcy's contact information upon arrival. 1. **Extremely Responsive:** There was no delay whatsoever once the situation was discovered. They immediately coordinated oxygen and medication, arranged for a nurse to visit for a check-up, and efficiently advised us on which hospital to go to. 2. **Experienced:** Darcy handled this sudden situation methodically, using his experience to assure us that it was a normal reaction, which greatly alleviated our anxiety. 3. **Amazingly Efficient:** From arranging the hospital transport to organizing meals, every step was seamlessly and efficiently connected, providing us with a tangible sense of security when we felt most helpless. Looking back, what always attracts us to Club Med is the team atmosphere. Over the past decade, I've visited Club Med resorts worldwide, but what truly made this trip "worth every penny" was the warmth of knowing that 'someone was there to help, and capable of helping well' during a critical moment. Darcy wasn't just doing his job; he was wholeheartedly safeguarding our vacation. This experience taught me that a "vacation" isn't just about beautiful scenery; it's about how reliable the people around you are when you encounter difficulties. Kudos to Darcy, and full marks to Club Med for this people-centric service philosophy.

First of all, a big thank you to Charon who assisted me these past two days; her arrangements were spot on. This Lijiang Club Med is the sixth one I've visited, and it's by far the best experience I've had—it truly lives up to its reputation as a top-tier resort in China. Everything, from the environment and staff to the Mini Club, activities, and dining, was excellent. It created a wonderfully relaxing holiday atmosphere for our entire family.
