房間設施比較簡單還是比較乾淨的。早餐很一般。周邊也沒啥吃的。對面在建房子有點噪音。就是為了第二天去雲和梯田才選擇在這裏住一晚會比較方便點。這個酒店在縣城已經算是最好的了。

總體而言這是一次讓人難受的入住體驗：
1、餐飲部分：
當天辦完入住後來到二樓中餐廳準備用餐，上菜之後，發現有一衹大蒼蠅在包間內亂飛，太影響食慾了，和服務生反饋後還一臉質疑的表情，簡直了。。。之後就更換了一紮雪梨汁，後期用餐途中又出現了兩衹蒼蠅，所以我們就隨便吃了兩口，草草了事～
第二天清早起床吃早餐，來到用餐區域發現烏泱泱的全是人，和服務生溝通了解後發現絕大多數是旅行社的，作為酒店管理房，在節假日期間就更應該做好客流分區，指導客人錯峯合理用餐。客流大必然導致服務會跟不上，更別説細節了，希望酒店方加強這方面的管理。
2、住宿部分：
我們訂的是豪華雙床房，主要就是想着房間大一些，兩人能住的寬敞些，結果一看這衞生間，簡直崩潰，感覺淋浴間還不如某些快捷酒店的大。。。

這次來雲和梯田景區玩，最驚喜地是定了這家酒店！酒店是雲和當地最好的4星級！但服務什麼超了部分5星級酒店！早餐也非常豐富！他們家的床太喜歡了不軟也不硬非常喜歡這種床！酒店就在江河邊景色視野很好！玩一天入住趕走了一天的疲憊！晚飯也是酒店解決的！菜也很好吃！應該是用的菜籽油很香！性價比很高

旅遊路過雲和縣，找了當地一家比較知名的四星酒店，入住後感覺設施一般中規中矩，服務比較周到，基本有求必應，整體感覺還可以，順便吃了個晚飯。

房間設施齊全，服務人員素質高，早餐品種豐富，床品舒服，總體物超所值，可加床，門口可停車，服務非常好，走的時候匆忙遺漏了私人物品，酒店電話告知還郵寄給我，非常暖心。下次會繼續入住，智能聲控設施棒棒的。五星推薦.
