We discussed the challenges faced by hotel staff in their work, and how perhaps everyone serves their country and society. It's often an unintentional warm word from a guest that creates a sense of shared understanding among everyone. The hotel is located within the Sanqing Mountain scenic area, making transportation quite inconvenient, which left me feeling very anxious. With a 'what-if' mindset, I approached Yao Yao, the head butler. Without a second thought, she began to help me find a solution. She contacted courier customer service, repeatedly communicated and coordinated with various parties both inside and outside the hotel, and followed up tirelessly. Ultimately, she turned what seemed 'impossible' into 'possible,' ensuring I received the much-needed medication in time. At that moment, I was overwhelmed with emotion. Her dedication and genuine care gave me a new understanding of the word 'service' – it showed me that some people truly treat a guest's difficulties as their own. Even more remarkably, I later had the opportunity to sit down with Yao Yao, open up about our life journeys, and share stories from our travels. It felt just like reuniting with a long-lost friend – natural, sincere, and without any sense of distance. Afterward, I also had a very heartfelt conversation with another butler, Su Su. I could similarly feel their sincerity and their genuine passion for their work. A good hotel isn't just about comfort; it's about making you feel warm inside. No wonder this hotel has a 4.9 rating; it truly deserves it. First off, all the decor and details are incredibly refined, with no hint of sloppiness – something most B&Bs can't achieve. The service is also very thoughtful. Many items, like the bathroom towels and shower cloths, are disposable and can be taken away, and they're all made of pure cotton. The staff are exceptionally enthusiastic; they even helped me plan an itinerary, explaining how to save energy, where the mountain paths are, and where the descents are, all with great clarity. Overall, this hotel is undoubtedly worth its 4.9 rating. The 'step-by-step scenery' (one scenic spot after another) is very thoughtfully designed. If I had to pick something that might account for that missing 0.1, I guess it would be the breakfast and dining. Apparently, the staff carry all the ingredients and supplies up themselves, so options are quite limited, and breakfast is very simple – this was my biggest disappointment. But considering they have to carry everything up, I can't really complain. Also, dining is quite expensive; for example, a scrambled egg with chives costs 78 yuan, so you can imagine. However, if you take into account that everything is carried up manually, I suppose it's acceptable.

I won't elaborate on Bo Xin Yun She's excellent location and views. The biggest takeaway from this trip was how seamlessly they catered to our needs. With a young child requiring salt-free, sugar-free meals, our desire to avoid crowds, and wanting to catch more of the sunset on the west coast, Bo Xin Yun She provided full-service, worry-free support. This allowed me to be bolder in chasing beautiful scenery. Our group consisted of four adults and a one-year-old baby. We took the cable car up from Gangshou in the afternoon, and our butler tracked our route the entire time, preparing dinner for us in advance. After watching the sunset, it was already dark, and we even took a wrong turn. The hotel immediately dispatched three staff members who rushed out with flashlights and umbrellas to pick us up, helping us with our luggage. Upon arrival at the hotel, a fusion dinner, salt-free baby meal, welcome fruit, cool towels, and all the service staff were ready. The service already surpassed that of most luxury hotels. Because we had a child, our room was upgraded to a 'Zuowang' cave family room. The room has a unique style and is very spacious, with two large beds – one for mom and baby, and one for dad. The huge bathtub also helps wash away the fatigue from climbing. Breakfast is individually prepared, nutritionally balanced, and delicious, suitable for all ages. The hotel staff will plan the best routes for you based on the weather. On the second day, it was quite windy and rainy on the mountain, so the hotel prepared enough rain gear for our group, packed food for us, and continuously monitored our itinerary until we safely descended the mountain. Thanks to Bo Xin Yun She's thoughtful service, I've already recommended it to friends. Suggestion: The pillars and steps in the 'Zuowang' cave room have a somewhat rough finish, which could cause scrapes. The bed being on a stone platform also poses a tripping hazard. As a family room, it might not be entirely suitable due to these potential safety concerns; it's probably better suited for young people who enjoy taking photos and checking in.

This is the longest review I've ever written! **Environment and Hygiene:** The hotel is built against the mountain, and right outside is the scenic spot 'Dragon Playing with Pine Trees,' offering a great view. The hotel rooms also have balconies with mountain views, and you can even enjoy the scenery while soaking in the bathtub. The hotel's interior environment is also excellent. They provide brand new towels, bath towels, linen slippers, and other toiletries, making it very family-friendly. It completely exceeded our expectations. **Service:** We booked the hotel a few days in advance, and the butler added us on WeChat beforehand, communicating with us daily about the conditions on the mountain. This was truly thoughtful, as they meticulously helped us plan our sightseeing route based on our needs. Although we packed light for convenience on the mountain, we didn't carry our luggage with us during our half-day tour the next morning. When we couldn't find a porter, the hotel staff helped us deliver our luggage to the cable car entrance, allowing us to enjoy our visit worry-free. Even my child said this absolutely deserves a five-star rating!

They contacted us early to discuss which cable car to take. After an hour or two of indecision, I realized listening to Xiao Deng was the right choice. The Shuangxi Tunnel is less crowded and close to the Baixin Hotel. Xiao Deng helped me plan three main routes, and I basically completed them all. It was perfect. Siqi, Susu, and Xiao Deng were all incredibly kind people. I felt like I was at home. This is the best hotel in Sanqingshan. The hotel's views are absolutely stunning. If I come to Sanqingshan again, I'll definitely stay here. There was also a male supervisor, I don't know his name, but his service was truly exceptional.

They say Sanqingshan is the most beautiful 'immortal mountain' in the world, and it even has a hidden gem, a super five-star hotel. First, let's talk about the service. I was particularly impressed by a young lady from Yunnan on the hotel staff – she was incredibly enthusiastic, the kind of warmth that makes you feel really good. She also shared the mountain's weather forecast for two days in advance, every day! The environment and hygiene were also exceptional. The hotel amenities were thoughtfully provided, with everything you could possibly need, so you can totally leave your luggage at the base of the mountain and hike up light. The highlight, though, has to be the food. It was fresh and delicious; it looked home-style but perfectly suited my family's taste. Even the kids loved it and cleared their plates. Before we left the next day, I even ordered several dishes again! If I had enough budget and time, I'd seriously consider staying there permanently. I'd love to come back with friends for a second visit if I get the chance. Definitely worth saving and recommending.
