Vienna International Hotel (Yushu Museum)

The hotel has complete facilities, convenient transportation, and a nice environment, but the service quality of the staff needs improvement. I wanted to stay another night, but the staff's rude attitude and expressionless reactions made me very uncomfortable. When I went to have breakfast at 8:40, there were no hot dishes left, and most of the bowls were empty. The staff said that there were too many people and they would ignore me. In the end, I decided to change hotels to avoid feeling upset.

During check-in, they were indifferent. I booked a deluxe smart twin room, but they gave me a room with a tiny window. Strangely, both the window of the room next door and the window of the adjacent room faced a small space with absolutely no air circulation. It felt like a disguised wall separating us, which felt like a rip-off. As for the oxygen concentrator, after I informed the front desk, a guy came and fiddled with it for ages before finally managing to get air out of a vent. I've stayed in many Vienna hotels, and this is the first time I've encountered anything like this!

This is indeed the most expensive hotel in Yushu, and I'm very satisfied with everything. It's right next to the Yushu Museum, which seems to be in the city center. However, the free parking service is surprisingly limited to one entry and exit per day – that's a bit bizarre! Couldn't the hotel negotiate a monthly all-inclusive rate with the property management? Unlimited entry and exit during the stay by simply entering the license plate number is the most basic requirement!

The room was clean and hygienic, but the facilities need improvement. The oxygen concentrator was too noisy and could not be adjusted.

This is the best hotel for the entire May Day holiday. It's clean, tidy, and a good size. The surrounding area is lively, with shopping malls, chain stores, restaurants, and everything else you could want. Highly recommended! It offers great value for money.

I didn't have time for breakfast, so I don't know how it was. Everything else was fine.

This stay was fantastic! The front desk staff was friendly and efficient, checking in was quick, and they even provided helpful tips for nearby attractions. The room was spotlessly clean, with clean sheets and quilts, and the bathroom sink and floor were spotless, with no dust even in the corners. It was a very pleasant stay and I'd definitely stay here again!
