Yushu Staff Home Hotel

The front desk staff, particularly Zha Bao, provided excellent service. The hotel environment is great, with spacious rooms. It's also convenient for dining out. I had a very comfortable stay.

Attentive service, comfortable room, ideal location. Breakfast could be more varied.

I don't know why hotels in Yushu are so terrible. They're expensive and not worth the money. This hotel is considered clean in Yushu, and the service is attentive and considerate. The room was clean and spacious, but the shower water was a bummer. There was no hot water. I asked the staff to adjust it, and it came out scalding hot. I tried to endure the scalding heat and shower that night, but the hot water was out again. My shower was a failure. It's not cheap, and I couldn't even take a shower. However, I later moved to the nearby Sanjiangzhiyuan Hotel, and found it even worse. The sanitation at Sanjiangzhiyuan is beyond words... At least this staff house is clean, spacious, and sanitary. I suggest the hotel improve its shower facilities. For nearly 300 yuan, it's unacceptable that the shower water isn't working.

It's really nice to have a hotel like this in Yushu. The front desk was very friendly and met almost every need. The room was well-equipped, and I especially liked the oxygen system, which is quite suitable for people with altitude sickness. The breakfast was also quite good, with fruit available.

I found out there was no hot water for showering when I checked in. I reported it many times but it was not resolved. The room temperature was too high. I woke up several times due to the heat. I was sweating in the morning and couldn't take a shower. It was the worst experience in my life. I was drunk.

這個酒店服務很差勁！早餐説要麪條直接就從冰箱裏拿出一大坨冰凍的麪，讓自己去煮！然後牛奶也需要自己加熱，自己加熱的工具一個小時都熱不了，然後找酒店人員，現給你找什麼烤箱微波爐加熱！所有的雞蛋都是碎的，都不新鮮，客人吃了嚴重腹瀉！太太太差勁👎🏻！避雷此酒店！

1. 整體體驗非常不錯，景區環境乾淨整潔，風光秀麗，視野開闊。交通也比較便利，配套設施完善，工作人員服務熱情。逛下來身心放鬆，性價比很高，很推薦遊玩。 2. 慕名而來，果然沒有失望。自然風光獨具特色，沿途景色一路好看。景區規劃合理，路線清晰，遊玩起來不累。適合休閑散心、拍照打卡，是休閑出遊的好選擇。
