Reviews of Premiere Classe Thionville - Yutz

The hotel staff was very friendly, which is a good thing. Parking outside the hostel was also good and convenient. However, the hotel feels quite old. The toilet was just okay and there was a tissue roll available, but because the hotel is old, the toilet did not feel very clean. The room had yellow lighting, which looked very bad and made the room feel very bad and dull. They should b replaced with white colour light. Room size was small, heating was good. Need some repariment

After noticing the hygiene problems, I wanted to cancel. They refused to provide a refund, think twice before booking.

Good hotel

I booked a double room but ended up with two single beds, and I had a cockroach in my room... and the toilet seat was broken. Otherwise, everything was fine.

The room is very small, there is no table, no slippers. The hotel is located on the outskirts of the city. Getting to the city center without a car is problematic. But taxis work fine.

Hotel to avoid, poor hygiene Dirty sheets (brake marks) Very dirty toilet Only the breakfast lady was nice

Perfect

Good hotel for the price/quality ratio

Everything was good and wonderful, I really liked it...

Great and survivable hostess

There were no towels in the bathroom

Too bad the double bed is made up of 2 single beds

Very warm welcome

Good location, free parking
