I was going to leave a better review, BUT the impression was sharply spoiled on the last day of stay. In general, everything is not bad, 4* could be given, once it was a hotel in which a lot of money was invested, judging by the brands and quality of furniture and plumbing. But time takes its toll, everything has aged decently and looks tired, although everything works. Everything started quite well, we were provided with a room of a higher class than booked, for this +, then we found out that the food in the restaurant is quite tasty, although not cheap. The cleaning of the rooms is active, the reception responds to requests instantly. Everything seems to be fine, we were even going to leave a gift to the hotel, if on the last day of stay we were simply humiliated in the restaurant. In the morning we booked a table for the evening. In the evening we were denied a reservation, offering the remaining illiquid places. Administrator Anna👏, "master" of negotiations. It was humiliating and we left the restaurant saying goodbye. Therefore, my message to future hotel guests is that be prepared for the fact that the establishment’s staff has “privileged” visitors, and there are those they don’t care about.
