It is a 7- to 8-minute walk from the bus terminal. It took about 20 minutes to walk to Jelačić Square. The room was clean and had everything I needed. It was a good hotel, and the price wasn't too high.

The facilities are great and the room service is good. Sadly, the self laundry requires us to pay 5euros which surprised me.

I was very satisfied with the room; I always tend to trust branded hotels. There's a fairly large supermarket nearby, which was convenient for shopping. It's also very close to the bus terminal, so I didn't have to drag my luggage far to catch a ride. When checking out, there was a heavy wind and rain, but the hotel staff kindly and quickly helped me get a taxi.

This hotel is conveniently located near my client's office, and there are several great Michelin-starred restaurants nearby. The hotel breakfast is also quite extensive. The room size is decent and it's very clean. The color scheme is lovely too – a really good choice.

The hotel is situated in a business park so no activities whatsoever around. It was walkable from the bus station n the only reason why I chose it. The reception staff named Felip was curt n unhelpful n the staff need to improve on their knowledge of the city n travel info which were given incorrectly to us. Our room was not cleaned n even after we returned from outside, we had to asked the housekeeping staff to clean our room n clear the rubbish. The suspended soap dispenser dropped n after 2 days, the housekeeping staff did not fixed it.

Second time staying here. Got different room, but this time bathroom was tiny tiny tiny! Due to size and location of shower, the bathroom door started to rot! But. in general its a good hotel to stay in.

The room was great, everything was perfect. The pillows and duvet were very comfortable and everything was spotless. All the facilities seemed brand new. The hotel surroundings were quiet and clean, and it was super convenient to get to both the station and the airport. It would have been absolutely perfect if the front desk staff had better communication skills.

We enjoyed our stay at Hilton Garden Inn Zagreb. The hotel is clean, modern, and comfortable, with bright rooms and a welcoming atmosphere. The breakfast was tasty and had a good variety to start the day.

spotlessly clean room and quite large. The hotel is close to the city's attractions and we went walking because our motto is "walking a city you feel its rhythm". The staff are excellent professionals! The hotel really relaxed us as it was a stop on our trip. The only "complaint" was the towels in the bathroom which were not soft and fluffy to please you in the bath. It doesn't matter!! it's their design that way!!!!!
