This hostel was very nice! It felt more like a hotel but with a more friendly vibe. The rooms are spacious and really clean. Also the sound proofing is excellent. I am a light sleeper and I didn’t hear a thing. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I arrived after the checkin time and it was very easy to checkin. The location is excellent! It’s close to the train station, bus station, and old town. I only stayed on night but if I come back to Zagreb I will definitely stay here again!

[Good points] - Cheap because it's a hostel - Water, instant coffee, etc. were provided as free drinks (basically unmanned, so often not replenished) [Bad points] - Because the water heater stores hot water and boils it, if two people use the shower, only water comes out for the second person (if it was winter, I think they would have caught a cold) - It's a hostel, so I don't really mind, but it's not dirty, but it's not clean either (especially the water area) - Since it's basically unmanned, you're supposed to contact them by Whats up if there's a problem, but there was no reply

The shower, sink, and toilet were always clean. It was also nice to have everything in the kitchen space. There are plenty of free guidebooks and flyers available, and it was nice to have some in Japanese as well.

Quite clean environment Superior location, thanks to Josipa and her brother, friendly service, willing to serve us, seriously helped us solve that problem. The dormitory place is spacious four-person family room, four friends can open the suitcase there is a clean washroom in the room outside the room also have many bathroom washrooms do not have to fight for the washroom.

The family room's private bathroom is not in the room but next to the room. And there is no air conditioning. Other than that, everything is good. The rooms are spacious and clean and the staff are friendly. The location is also very good.

位置很好，附近不少烘焙店，巴士總站、市中心等地最多20分鐘都能走到。整個旅社都非常乾淨、而且太好聞啦！！！我後悔忘記問老闆用了哪一款香薰了😂唯一的缺點是街邊有些吵，我住的那天晚上不知是什麼人一直在按汽車喇叭……另外（也可能是我自己的問題），我沒找到吹風機，不過問題不大～

I would certainly rate this as a terrific hostel The manager was attentive, patient and went over and beyond to make me comfortable. The facility is impeccably clean. The location is good - near the central station, and I used public transportation for all my touring. I loved Zagreb, and certainly my accommodations went a long way to enhance my visit. I would strongly suggest arriving during daylight, if possible, because it is in a building with many other purposes, and the Dots Hostel is on the FIRST FLOOR - NOT the ground floor- which could be disconcerting for travelers from USA I would love to stay there again, on my next trip to Croatia.

The hostel is conveniently located with train station, bus station and the city center within walking distance. Although I arrived quite late in the evening, the hosts made sure there would still be someone there to welcome me. It is spotlessly clean. I had to share the bathroom with other guests, but never had to wait when I needed the bathroom. The nights were quiet. I talked to the host about the fact that the beds were sagging in the middle and was glad to hear that the mattresses are exchanged every year, so surely the issue will be resolved soon with the upcoming mattress change. There is no kitchen to prepare a meal, but there are tea and juices, plates, cutlery, a small fridge and oil, vinegar, pepper and salt.

Good location close to the main square and large shady park. It's a very busy street but this room was on the back side and quiet, they may not even have any rooms on the street side. This was a private room with a double bed and shared bath. Shared bath was small where the sink is but shower is roomy. Always was clean, and shared by only a couple of rooms. Didn't see the dorm rooms. There are also private rooms with private bath offered. At the time of this visit an organized breakfast wasn't offered but cold cereal and fruit was available 24/7 in the common kitchen, and instant coffee 24/7. The espresso machine required a staff member to operate and the desk isn't staffed except during the day generally. There's a sitting area with couch and chair and a dining area with tables and chairs. There was no air conditioner in this room and it was unusually hot in Zagreb during the stay. At night with the windows open it was comfortable, but very warm otherwise in the room during the day. Very nice owners.

Fabulous hostel. Warm and friendly family run hostel in a great location. Impeccably clean and has everything you need and a few extra touches just to make it a little more special. Best hostel I’ve ever stayed in. Highly recommend if you are looking for a comfortable convenient stay that is quiet and budget friendly.
