Although there is a small refrigerator in the room, there is nothing in it. At least a few bottles of water should be put in it.

Not bad, a little dirty

It was nice because it was clean and friendly. The breakfast was also great, so I was very satisfied. Plus, it was very close to the bus terminal. I could walk there.

The surrounding area is okay but a bit convoluted

What a great hotel we stayed in ,clean,trendy and the staff were very friendly ,a special shout out to Marina B she spoke fantastic English .The food was loverly but my only concern was they had no chips/french fries on the menu .The pizza was a 10 out of 10 .The chief was accommodating and would make poached eggs or fried eggs in the morning which was great .I would recommend the hotel to friends and family any everyone , as the hotel is only a 10 minute tram ride to Zagreb city centre .

The hotel is located a short distance from the City Center, but its proximity to the tram stop makes it easily accessible within 15 minutes. Additionally, Uber rides to and from the hotel cost less than 6 Euros, making it a convenient option. The rooms are clean, well-maintained, and comfortable, and the staff is excellent. The breakfast is also very good, with a wide selection of options. However, the major issue with the hotel is the air conditioning system, which fails to cool the room effectively. During our stay, we had to switch off the AC and kept the window open to stay comfortable. In peak summer, I would strongly advise against booking this hotel, as it's impossible to stay in the room due to the heat. If the hotel can address the AC issue, it would be a great place to stay. Until then, I would recommend exploring other options.

The hotel is nice, but unfortunately smoking is allowed inside the bar, which is truly terrible for non-smokers. You can't get a coffee or anything else because you can't breathe in the smoke! The staff is very kind. Inside the bar, there's no option to eat sandwiches or anything else, only drinks and, in the summer, some ice cream. However, I reiterate that smoking is UNACCEPTABLE!

Ottimo albergo, perfetto per chi va a Zagabria per curarsi i denti, essendo di fronte alla clinica, buoni prezzi, camera calda e confortevole, ristorante discreto. Leggermente in periferia ma, in meno di dieci minuti di tram, si può arrivare in centro a Zagabria

Mi sono trovato benissimo, camera bella e pulita, personale gentilissimo!! Colazione abbondante, possibilità di mangiare al loro ristorante e passare una bella serata nel loro bar!!Qualità prezzo ottimo! Hotel loop top venite a provare! Grazie a tutto il personale 🙏
