Nice hotel we had a room with seaview on the second floor in de building it was a double room with balcony, the swimming pool is near by also the bar runs by dennis is very relaxing! Town and boulevard lithakia is long by foot it is nice too rent a car!

Very pleasant stay! Lots of choice on breakfast buffet, hotel has pool as well as it’s own beach access (some stones on the edge for a few feet but rest is only sand, sea is warm). Staff is very nice

Mittlerweile kommen wir seit 2004 immer wieder hierher. Es ist wie nach Hause kommen. Wir sind stille Fans, aber wer uns kennt weiß, dass es für uns nur Porto Koukla gibt. Wir lieben die Familie, Pavlos Musik, Dennis fantastisches Essen, Robertas Bedienung und den leckeren Tentura, die einmalig romantische Lage und das Flair, welches das Hotel umgibt.

Katastrophe! Die Bilder aus dem Internet scheinen aus dem Jahre Schnee zu sein. Alles baufällig und teilweise kaputt, Stühle, Liegen. Kein Strand vorhanden! Kein Lift, Koffer muss man bis 3. Stock schleppen. Miserables Buffet, keine Abwechslung, nur Obst als Nachspeise, keine einzige vegetarische Speise, Teller teilweise nicht sauber, kein Getränkeservice. Putzpersonal hat in einer Woche nur 1x schnell den Boden gewischt, Handtücher selber vom Gang geholt, Mülleimer ging über. Einziger Pluspunkt:Rezeptionspersonal sehr zuvorkommend. Verdient nicht 3 Sterne, maximal einen!

Wir haben uns Gott sei Dank nicht von den kritischen Stimmen in den vorhergehenden Bewertungen irritieren lassen, sondern dadurch genau das gefunden, was wir sucht, einen Ort an dem Gastfreundschaft ganz natürlich gelebt wird. Nach zwei sehr harten Jahren, für die Insel und Ihre Bewohner, von denen viele von den Touristen leben, sind wir in der Vorsaison nach Zakynthos geflogen und herzlich, unkompliziert willkommen geheißen worden. Das Hotel wird von einer griechischen Familie geführt und das macht auch den großen Charme aus. Die Zimmer sind einfach, sehr sauber. Für uns waren sie genau das Richtige. Die Atmosphäre ist sehr entspannt. Wir haben es genossen jeden Morgen und Abend mit dem Blick aufs Meer zu essen. Mittags stand auch die Polar und die Beach Bar zur Verfügung. Für unsere Ausflüge sind wir super von der Rezeption (deutsch, englisch) beraten worden und haben auch über diese z.B. eine Tour zu den Meeresschildkröten bei einheimischen Anbietern gebucht. Wir haben 11 herrlich entspannte Tage dort erlebt und werden mit Sicherheit irgendwann wieder kommen.
