Right by the pool and very close to town. convenient

房間又小又差，而且還很不乾淨，被攜程定製遊給騙了，大家以後出去玩千萬別用攜程定製遊，從來沒住過這麼差的酒店，一股難聞的劣質香精味兒。 攜程定製遊的價格極其不透明，我算了一下虛高了能有一倍，我絕對會投訴到底！！

WOW ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ Absolutely gorgeous clean hotel. Our room was upgraded for free to a triple deluxe with lovely added extras such as a Nespresso machine, toothbrushes etc. The lovely big balcony overlooked the pool. We were slightly worried it would be a bit hectic (we are mid forties and fifty) but it was super chilled. Breakfast each morning was fresh and plentiful. Staff are absolutely amazing and cannot do enough for you. The hotel was about a 10/15 min walk to the beach and 5mins to nearest bars. The main strip is a little further away but you hear nothing from the hotel. We booked with Love Holidays and the transfer from airport to hotel was in a small air conditioned minibus and took 11 mins. The restaurants and beach clubs on the beach are fantastic. I would 100 percent come back in a heartbeat and recommend to anyone. Absolutely faultless from start to finish ❤️

Such a lovely hotel, it was always so clean with staff consistently around making sure everything was running smoothly. The rooms were great, stocked with everything you might need and a free safe + aircon was an amazing touch. Balcony was a great size and had chairs for all 4 of us staying in the room. Housekeepers were great, came in every day of our stay and treated our stuff with complete respect and did a great job at cleaning the rooms, they’re a massive credit to the hotel. Irene at the bar/restaurant in the evening was the best! She made our evenings great and also made amazing drinks, she was so lovely and friendly to us, she really made us feel at home, another absolute credit to this hotel! We were so sad to come home and leave this hotel & all the amazing staff. The pool is a great size, we had no fight for sunbeds at any time of the day(1-5th of September). Wifi was included too, although sometimes a bit patchy around the pool it was great otherwise. The ordering kiosk for food/drinks is a great touch too, to be able to order to the pool was amazing. I would 100% recommend this hotel to anyone looking to book, we had absolutely 0 issues our whole stay and everyone was so welcoming and kind. There is a great little shop next door that has just about everything you may need and about a 10min walk to the laganas strip. Plenty of restaurants and other shops surrounding the hotel too on the main road when you walk out of the hotel and turn right. Beach was also only a 10minute walk away. Overall, this hotel was amazing and myself & my friends were hugely grateful for our stay here and the amazing staff!

My wife and I have just returned from a trip to Zante that included 5 nights at the Atlantis Hotel in Laganas. The hotel is situated in a quiet back street about 20 minutes walking distance from the main beach. The reception area is bright and clean. The rooms are well proportioned and have plenty of storage space and the furniture looks recently installed. The shower space is big with both overhead and handheld options. The room had a fridge and was well stocked with a kettle, water, wine, tea and coffee, toiletries and disposable slippers. The pool is a good size with sufficient sun beds to go round. The included buffet breakfast offered a varied choice of hot and cold options and was monitored and topped up on a regular basis by the attentive staff. Food and drinks were available throughout the day at very reasonable prices. Best of all was the friendliness and helpfulness of all the staff. From the moment we arrived we were made to feel welcome by the staff on duty who greeted us and introduced themselves to us in particular, Mikis, the person on reception. All in all a very pleasant experience.

Absolutely fabulous 7 night stay at zante Atlantis hotel from 14th to 21st of October hotel is absolutely beautiful spotless great location off kalamaki road close to restaurant bars shops with everything you need staff are amazing and work really hard especially Irene the bar manager noting was to much trouble she went above and beyond very positive experience little gem of hotel. Thank you Irene for making stay pleasant.

Spent a thoroughly enjoyable 5 night stay in September 2025. From the moment we arrived we were treated as friends. All the staff were tremendously welcoming particularly Makis who made us feel so welcome. Nothing was too much trouble for him. Breakfast was fabulous, having breakfast in Greece I expected a continental style so I was so impressed to see Bacon and a selection of eggs available. Yes Brits abroad but we like what we like. 😊 The rooms where spotless and cleaned everyday, I oved the touches of the coffee makers, shower caps, sewing kits, slippers etc. The staff take noise levels very seriously, apologies to our neighbours when we were laughing a little to loudly one evening. That said it was handled well and it was about everyone enjoying there stay with the minimum of disruptions. The pool area was really nice, plenty of room around the sun loungers and no mad rush to reserve them, a plus point for a September break. The main strip was about a 15 minute walk which was fine. Summary, a fabulous stay made better by the staff. Would I return? Not one to return to the same place but I would make an exception for Zante Atlantis.

Wow what a fabulous hotel in a great location. The Beach & main part of town was a 10/ 15 walk from the hotel, or just around the corner you can catch a bus, it also takes you to zante and other towns, there is also a ferry you can take to zante or other islands to explore greece. The staff all was fantastic & welcoming Markiss at reception was always chatting and smiling , we were treated like family. Rooms were spacious & spotless ive never seen a hotel staff clean so much, beds were very comfortable , fresh bedding & towels everyday, Fantastic value for money for 4 star hotel. Food and drinks were oustanding aswell as the staff espically Iren withb her special cocktails ,noiseb lever nyou are an incredible lady in everyway love ya x Very peacefull night sleep, noise level what noise. would i come back again , absoloutley..infact i have just booked a week in may next year see you all soon , wishing all the same staff are there..

Our second stay ! Fabulous hotel in a great location , staff are always so friendly and welcoming Makis even remembered us from last year ! Free parking opposite ! Breakfast was great again .

Wow. What a beautiful hotel. You can tell they have recently done up the hotel as everywhere is so clean & new. The staff all was fantastic & welcoming, markiss at reception always greeted us with a smile. We had room service every day. The rooms were a spacious size with comfortable beds. The rooms put looked onto the pool area, once the doors were closed the room was quiet making a perfect nights sleep with the air con on. The hotel has its own free parking section. The hotel was a 10/15 min walk away from the main part of the town and beach, which suited us as the main strip was very loud. The pool was a wonderful temperature & there was plenty of sun beds that you didn’t need to worry about not being able to get a sun-bed. The drinks were reasonably cheap & a huge yummy cocktail selection. The breakfast was fresh & plenty to choose from every morning. We would definitely return in the future

Lovely hotel, we booked the deluxe rooms and they were lovely, we had a pool view. Cleaners came in very day and very lovely girls. However was there 4 days before a towel change took place and I had to ask at reception for that to happen not sure if we were just forgotten or if it was normal practice. My sister had 3 nights without the air con working and there was a lack of communication between the staff who had been up to attend to it. It finally staring working and the staff there left a lovely gift in her room as an apology for the inconvenience. The pool area was lovely with plenty of beds. This hotel is cashless and doesn’t explain this correctly in the hotel information when booking. As we took cash with us we never stayed at the hotel for food or drinks which is an inconvenience. The booked for bed and breakfast and to be honest it wasn’t great. The food was cold, they ran out of butter on one day we started going out for breakfast which when we pay for breakfast there should be a substantial breakfast provided I don’t expect to eat cold eggs bacon beans etc and certainly do not expect no butter to go with toast. Overall would I go back? Yes I would but those small things need fixing especially the cashless you will get more business by using cash.

It's such a pity such wonderful hotels to have people like the short hair lady at the bar. Rude,snob and thinking she rules the world. How am I supposed to relax in a hotel with my family with her around yelling at everyone? Even her colleagues. I HAVE HEADACHE. She messed my order,never apologized and even blame me. Then she did wrong the table next to us. This attitude is unacceptable. At the pros now,Makis at the reception is one of a kind. What an amazing professional. I'm so glad that I met him and he took care of my family. I suggested him to go and work somewhere else. He deserves all the best. Cleaning was spotless. Not only at the rooms,but everywhere. I would love to thank the blonde lady at the breakfast. Always smiling and with positive vibes. Overall it's a nice hotel. Some people dedicate a lot of effort to have these results. I would really wish all the best for everyone. I'm not going to comeback. This review has such a great score for all the staff that made me feel welcome.
