Very elegant

Beautiful and cozy place

It was a trip to celebrate my elderly mother's birthday, and we enjoyed the food, the hot springs, and the room very much. I was happy to see that my mother seemed very satisfied.

A hotel worth visiting again. The food and drinks are of excellent quality. The outdoor hot spring has a beautiful view. I will definitely recommend it to my friends.

Although the reception staff at Zao no Mori Club didn't understand much English, they were sincere and polite and it wasn't difficult to communicate with them. The hotel is located in the mountains with a very quiet and beautiful environment. However, after taking a bus from Sendai Station to Togatta Onsen Station, there were no taxis in the town because it was a small town and it was Saturday. Later, a Japanese man with a ram led the way. He led a group of 8 of us and pushed the luggage boxes across the mountain and walked for about 45 minutes to get to the hotel. If the hotel could rearrange a toll car to pick us up from Sendai Station, we would definitely be happy to visit again.

The hotel has no elevator. It is very inconvenient to get luggage up and down during the ski season. They say the elevator is under repair, but in fact they are just rebuilding it. There was basically no explanation for children when they checked in, and they were charged the same fee as adults. It was very unreasonable. The butler of Ctrip helped to deal with the problem very patiently, but I felt that the hotel was perfunctory in response. It was disappointing. I will not choose to stay in this hotel in the future. But thank the butler of Ctrip for their patient coordination again.

這間酒店是一價全包酒店，也就是説你在酒店的私湯酒精類冰淇淋等等全部都包含在內，吃喝隨意，唯一扣分點是交通，酒店沒有免費交通車就連附近遠刈田温泉巴士站來回也沒有，住客從仙台可以坐巴士到遠刈田温泉，但走路到達不了酒店，出租車極少，導致不自駕的遊客到這交通不便，我是從上一個酒店湯主一條打車到這的，到得早加3300日元可以下午二點入住，這個可以不選，酒店二點半就開始辦入住了，到了如果是啤酒愛好者的話這就是天堂各種優質名啤任飲，甜點愛好者也狂愛自製冰淇淋任選，品質不差，私湯有兩處室外的川之湯和室內大浴場樓下，無需預約見有牌子就可以拿了鎖上門隨意泡，但私湯有個大缺點沒淋浴，我覺得可能有人沒沖洗就下去泡我沒泡，酒店的晚餐一道道都有擺盤，食材很優質又新鮮，甜點水果也很好，早餐也是如此，每一道菜都精心製作，十一點退房，我犯了一個錯誤，應該打車到遠刈田站坐巴士到仙台，結果我打車到白石藏王花了近一萬日元，又花近二千到仙台，如果打車加公交到仙台的話衹需三千日元，酒店很好，人少安靜，房間寬大就是交通實在太不方便，很難再來。
