Reviews of Hard Rock Hotel Guadalajara

Hotel feels tired. As far as I know, it’s new but furniture and overall rooms are damaged. Security is very overwhelming. You don’t feel welcomed or secure, but harassed at many times.

It is a great hotel, the rooms are awesome and friendly staff. Great evening entertainment. Roof top gastro bar with pool has fantastic city views and delicious food and drink selection. One note to the management - The rooftop area should have a smoking area since it's open air, asking to go down 26 floors each time you want a smoke is NOT ok when you are enjoying a few cocktails, listening to music, and spending time there. 

Amazing rooms, super clean, comfortable beds and great smell of the place.

The best Hotel in Guadalajara, I will return without a doubt

El hotel me encanta la temática que tiene está en mi tercera vez que me quedo el personal muy atento pero la habitación que me tocó olía a drenaje el de mantenimiento me dijo que los aires les echan agua residual para que enfríe lo recomendable es tener personal capacitado para diferentes áreas porque estamos hablando de un aire acondicionado no de un cooler que se le echa agua para que te dé el aire no frío si no húmedo espero tomen esto en cuenta gracias
