On arrival the reception team are so welcoming, smiling and informative of all that’s on offer at the Western Camp. The cabin we stayed in was lovely, spacious and clean. We stayed down stairs and at first we thought the walls are too thin because of the noise upstairs, which quickly settled down and when it come down to getting sleep, we had a great nights rest, peaceful ! The breakfast staff on the other hand, were unprofessional. Aneta seemed to lead the rest of the team down a little path of how to make one’s breakfast rather unpleasant. As my husband went an got his bread buns, she looked at him with her co worker, pulling her face and laughing at him with the co-worker. She then noticed that I had noticed her doing that, when I shook my head at her behaving in a distasteful manner. She looked at me, while I ate with such an attitude and giggle with the rest of her team and then proceeded to turn her back towards us and then having the other team members look at us and giggle. At this point I was fuming, in fact I was embarrassed for Western Camp that they fell short of having absolutely disgusting people like this near any customers. Aneta and her co-worker “Elweria”, I think that’s her name have no business working in the hospitality industry! On the other hand to the reception team, Thank you for your friendly, RESPECTFUL and professional work ethic!

Lovely clean resort. Staff very helpful. We would be happy to visit again. We woke to no hot water one morning and the matter was quickly resolved.

What a fantastic resort, beautiful theme, completely spotless, staff are so friendly and helpful. The restaurant had amazing food at really good prices - the pizzas are addictive! The rooms were comfy and had everything you needed for a comfy and enjoyable stay. The pool was lovely and warm. Even the camping facilities were amazing! Short walk to energylandia / or land train ride. You do need to bring your own ‘English tea’ though! Honestly don’t consider - definitely book!!!!!! We will certainly be back

Stayed one night only with two days tickets to the park and it wasn’t enough . We regret we didn’t have a full day in the camp. Place is amazing. Lovely swimming pool open till 22.00 kids allowed in sauna with adult to warm up after swimming. Food great quality and breakfast so fresh we wish we could eat more. Massive choice too. We stayed in Tepee which supposed to be basic but still had air con and coffee maker. Everything smells of fresh wood. Place is so clean it’s unbelievable. We have seen cleaners mopping the fences 😂 Stuff friendly and happy. Ms Dorotka in reception was so helpful and cheerful , full of practical advice. Nothing is a problem there : dog, late check in ect You can leave a car on park one for free and little train will take you straight to the parking. Yes, it’s pricey especially for Polish people, but you get a quality for a money. One of the best stays we ever had and we will be back

We had the best stay at Western Camp. On arrival we were greeted by the lovely Natalia on reception who had very good English and was extremely helpful. She sold us tickets to Energylandia and gave us fast passes for the top 4 rides each. The main reason for our 3 night trip was to enjoy all the rides at Energylandia and to go there every day. There is free transport to the park and back and is well sign posted every half hour although it isn’t that far to walk high we did several times. Our sheriffs rooms were ready on arrival. The rooms were so much better than we had expected. A good size and spotlessly clean. It had a good shower, a fridge and a kettle with tea and coffee. Also had air conditioning. Plentiful towels and shower was nice and hot. The rooms are not made up but this was not an issue for us. The camp area is well themed and a lovely lakeside setting. We used the small pool at the end of the day which had a lifeguard on duty. There was also little kiosks selling ‘tuck shop’ style bits and pieces. The visited the restaurant every evening as the food was excellent. We were served 2 nights by Anna, who was so friendly and made us so welcome and again she had very good England’s which was nice as our polish is almost non- existent. Between us we tried the Polish sour soup in a bread bowl which was excellent and I would highly recommend, also the chicken tagliatelle, the pulled rib and the burgers. A nice choice of beers and cocktails too. The complimentary breakfast in the morning was amazing. I wasn’t expecting too much but it was excellent. Lots of different breads homemade cake, nice choice of cereal and different types of milk including lactose free. There was also fruit and yoghurt and the hot breakfast that was also included was great, scrambled eggs, lovely bacon plus pancakes, beans and some nice salad. To be honest you couldn’t ask for more. I rated the breakfast so highly as an English person if the tea, milk, bacon and eggs are good quality then it is a win for me. The Western Camp is spotlessly clean and the flowers around the camp are magnificent, it’s such a lovely setting. On our last day we left our belongings in the luggage room and headed out to the park, on return we were offered to used the shower and changing facilities ready for our return home. So we got to use one of the shower blocks and I have to say these were very clean and well looked after. The camp is close to a couple of supermarkets which we used to get a few bits like beer and chocolate, it’s also close to Macdonalds but we didn’t go there as the food in Energylandia and at the WesternCamp was so good and very cheaply priced. We had issues with the company we had booked to take us to the airport but Natalia at reception saved the day and sorted it out for us, she is a star. It was a great trip and I would highly recommend and we will definitely return.

Wonderfully fun experience! Alot of effort put forth to maintain the campgrounds, bathrooms really clean, as well, the inside of teepees exceptionally clean! Love the provided towels, linen for those of us travelling without these amenities. There is Delicatessen across the road.

The property was well laid out with different sections for cabins, tents and wagons. Reception staff were excellent, big special thank you to Natalia. Pool was nice. Food in restaurant was very good, great breakfasts and good choice on evening menu. Friendly service, thank you Anna. All of the property was well maintained and clean. There were always people out and about cleaning.

We booked the Western Camp as a last minute decision to go away for a few days after seeing it in a Vlog on YouTube. The price we paid was typical summer holiday prices that were more expensive that should have been......thats what you get for this time of year. The camp is about 45 mins South by UBER from Krakow airport. You can't miss the camp it's well themed from the outside. We got there mid morning so no queue to check in and our Wagon was ready without having to wait. They give you a padlock key to get into the wagon which is attached to a padlock going through the zips and onto a latch for security when you are out. The Wagons are small with either double bunk beds or a single double bed. All towels and wash cloths are provided and all the accommodation have electricity and Air conditioning. As we booked last minute we could only get a bunked wagon. The mattresses in the wagons and teepees are very shallow and firm which made sleeping very uncomfortable for myself being a big lad. I managed 2 nights in the wagon and had to ask of we could be moved into a wagon with a double bed as I was really cramped in the bunks. They found us a teepee for the next night which was bigger and had a double bed although the same hard mattress. The teepees are on ground level so be prepared for possible bug invasion! 😆 The resort is set around a lake and as such there were mosquitos and boy did they like me! To this day I still have the bites healing on my ankles! So take some insect repellent or anti itch cream for the bites. The resort its self Is fantastically themed and we really enjoyed the surrounding look of wagons, teepees and sheriff huts. There's a big outdoor screen for night movies (in polish) There is one toilet block for each section of the resort and for the most part were kept clean and tidy. The showers are single use and we're prone to flooding. The bar and restaurant was really superb. The food and drinks cheaper than anything in the uk and the food for a hotel/camp resort was pretty damn good. A really nice selection of fresh pizzas and traditional polish food and drink at good quality and large portions. We really enjoyed the polish sour soup in bread bowl. Outside there are some fire pits that can be rented with food to cook on. We didn't try this. When it came to breakfast we had issues. There simply are not enough tables if the resort Is full and everyone goes at the same time. Due to covid rules the buffet was being served by the restaurant team and took on average 30 mins to get to the front of the line to be served! This was the same for any drinks as that station was also being served by restaurant team. The selection of food was vast with lots of hot and cold options of British and polish foods. Our other gripe for this trip was the noise level at night. If your not in a sheriff hut you are in teepees and wagons with no noise barrier to others! This made the resort very loud and you will be getting no
