The history is longer! I made a reservation in January 2020 for the ski season. In early April when we should have gone. Due to the Covid epidemic, we could not stay because they informed us that they are obliged to keep the location closed. When I asked, countless times, for a refund of the deposit paid for the reservation, I was told that they do not want to do this and that they will offer us a stay in other periods from which the amount paid as a deposit will be deducted. Thus we were forced to go this year in August. What I found there was terrifying! The photos I am posting speak of the sorry state the hotel is in. Old and scratched furniture, dirty and damaged doors and walls, the scratched floors, the swollen parquet, the torn carpets. The condition of the hotel and the size of the rooms make it one of 1 maximum 2 stars! Analyzing the pictures, you can also see what I have told you! My conclusion is that this hotel should be avoided!

I spent 4 nights at Hotel Latini as an extended weekend with work colleagues. The deal we got felt like a steal. Had a nice, simple room, great breakfast and dinner, sauna & spa and very friendly and attentive service. We all felt that we paid way too little for the quality we got. Would definitely visit again!

Overall this a very nice hotel, we stayed for skiing during February half-term 2023. The reception on arrival was pretty brusque, and not really helpful after a day of travel, but once in our rooms all was well. The rooms themselves were great for skiing, warm (but not stupid hot like a lot of ski hotels) good powerful showers and nice linen, they were kept appropriately clean. Breakfast was excellent a wide range of coffee options, fruit juices, continental and cooked options as well as cereals and fresh fruit. After skiing there was a really nice late afternoon hot stew and bread available free of charge which we very welcome and delicious. In the evening we used the Pizza/ Italian restaurant attached to the bar, the food was well priced and decent quality, from a modest menu selection, the staff were friendly and efficient. The main facilities we used were the pool and spa areas, both are really pleasant areas. The pool was unsurprisingly very noisy during peak times (5 - 7pm) with the post ski kids brigade, but at other times was a tranquil place to have a swim and chill out. The Spa was a lovely space (fully nude as is normal in Austria) with two different temperature saunas, a steam room, infrared room as well as plenty of anti rooms to chill in. The other facility we made use of was the ski storage room, which like the rest of the hotel was spotlessly clean. The room itself has heated boot store and plentiful ski racks and has it’s own exit onto the street. Next door is a Late Check Out room, which has a shower and toilet for use if you want to ski after check out. The whole ground floor area is well throughout and feels well made and probably recently constructed. We really enjoyed our time there, nothing was stand out exceptional, but everything was clockwork, very good.

The hotel is "tired" and clearly used by coach tours who stay for one night and then move on. It desperately needs a facelift and bringing into the 21st century. At the same time staff need to be educated on how to best treat customers as they are face of the hotel and its business ethos. We experienced rude and unfriendly staff during our two night stay.

My first stay in this hotel. It is a lovely hotel , ideally situated for the ski lift. The staff are exceptional, very friendly and helpful. In particular Ahmed and Jaqueline at reception are very helpful and friendly. The other staff of note ,are Alesaad and Patrick who made me feel very welcome. The food on half board was excellent! I cannot recommend this hotel enough! Thankyou Hotel Latini for a lovely week.

Stayed here for a week in Jan 22. The rooms were pretty basic for the money paid. We thought the hotel was ski in ski out but this is not the case. They locked the easy route from the peiste on a night which was strange. My main problem with this place was how rude the staff were. There was one chap on reception (older guy with glasses) who was consistently so rude to each of our group, never one smiled or gave please and thank yous. We were taken back and actually laughed at his audacity. The way he spoke to his colleagues was short aswell. I found myself wanting to be rude back to him. Asking him a question was as if I asked him to punch himself in the face. In general I found the staff to lack English (unable to provide directions or recommendations). The rooms were very basic and the duvet/ cushions were so low quality they vanished when you placed your head on them. 2 small single duvets for a single bed. A twin room does not come with 2 beds but a sofa bed. So I paid £550 (half the room) to stay on a sofa bed for a week. The spa really uplifted the experience and without that I would have a major problem here. Apart from the fact it was nude (despite it being austrian to go without clothes we felt this was a little *******ed). We had bed and breakfast, which was ok. There were plenty of choices it just got repetitive after a week. The juice was industrial like people say and I found the coffee to be abit off. In general the hotel was basic and just ok. There were non of the nice to haves when skiing like a fireplace. The communal area closed at 10pm every night. Restrictions on covid have recently lifted in the UK but in the hotel and Zell am See be prepared to wear masks everywhere, even outside. I would personally not return to this hotel.

Excellent and professional staff great location, free parking, and clean room However, the refrigerator wasn’t cooling but was heating! Internet wasn’t connecting in the room. The room has mosquitoes and there is no AC with hot weather opening the windows will lead to have more mosquitoes. Also there wasn’t enough electric outlets

A very pleasant hotel! The rooms are a bit outdated, but clean, service is nice. Complimantary parking is in the private garage across the street. Welness is the real added value of this hotel, it is spacious and it provides a swiming pool and 4 saunas. The only issue is that the sauna culture is rather poor among the guests. Rules clearly state no swiming suits in sauna, yet more than half of the guests wear them, which makes for a weird experience for guests that follow the rules.

We have had the nicest week in this hotel. Due to covid our holiday was cancelled to France so I'm 12 hours we had booked flights to Austria and picked a hotel. Well we are so glad we did the hotel cannot do enough for you the service is amazing friendliest staff ever! Feel so sorry for them trying to recover from all the covid mess and 3 lockdowns!! Eddie at this bar is the best cocktail maker ever really recommend. The pizza restaurant attached to hotel is amazing. Everyone has been so helpful really could not wish for more. Thankyou we know you are struggling with restrictions but you have still made it a fantastic holiday!!
