Amazing what looks like a small hotel...but is not...big pool, sauna, all the perks...Great friendly staff...and of course a great view of Matterhorn..very good place to stay in Zermatt

There are so many hotels in Zamat! But the hostess of this hotel is very "friendly" and will take care of tourists together with the staff! She would take the initiative to say goodbye to us after we checked out! Makes me feel "at home"! The room is fully equipped and cleaned very well! Breakfast is fresh! A happy and relaxing stay!

Excellent hotel with a perfect Swiss service. My friend and I got an amazing room facing the Matterhorn. Make sure you check that before booking. There's a very nice spa with a 25m heated swimming pool. We also booked the half pension choice with breakfast and dinner. Absolutely satisfied

We Spend imemorable days in this venue with the family. The hotel offers large Spa and swimming pool, excellent service and attention to clients. Rooms are spacious and well fitted, nicely decor and love to detail. The restaurant offers beside to de "A la Carte" menu also a Set menu with option to cross some dishes to A la carte. The bar is cosy and well managed. Reception and attention is inmacuwlous. We had an issue with a ski accident and one of the family members had to shortcut his holidays, I would like to highlight the attention offered and the offer to reimburse the paid room on his behalf; this is not common in a Ski resort, we valued this opportunity and promised to return next year, we are all around happy. Thank you to the tema and to the owning Family!

One of the nicest hotels we have ever stayed at ,the facilities are first class as is location but what makes an hotel special are the staff . Every single member from spa to restaurant to front desk were so helpful and friendly . We were a large group and felt really looked after .

Customer service was impeccable from the front desk to the restaurant nothing is too much trouble. Every member of staff was attentive and friendly. The rooms hotel and spa were all spotlessly clean. The restaurant has the most amazing views of the Matterhorn which along with excellent service and the most delicious food and wine adds up to a very special experience. Thank you all for a wonderful holiday.

Absolutely amazing! Had the most fantastic week at the Christiania!!! The staff were unbelievable, so helpful and friendly! The owners…. Perfect!!! Hands on, not afraid of hard work and were perfect hosts in every way. The food was fantastic, each and every night and morning! Rooms were perfectly clean and the views were to die for!!! Overloaded my iPhone with Matterhorn views!! Absolutely had the most relaxing and enjoyable week ever!!! This break was really needed after a terrible 23. This week at the Christiania could not have been better or more satisfying. Thank you so much Team!!

We loved every part of our stay. Before we arrived, I asked the hotel for recommendations and they gave helpful advice. From the moment we got off the train, everything was perfect. The hotel car was waiting for us on arrival. The room and entire hotel were immaculately clean and updated (I have very high standards). Breakfast was delicious and served in a beautiful, cozy dining room. Every person at the hotel was friendly and helpful. The concierge was one of the best we’ve had, super responsive helping to arrange last minute taxis, getting reservations, contacting a nanny agency for a last minute babysitter etc. The spa was beautiful and never overcrowded. Can’t wait to go back! Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

We spent 10 days in this hotel with our 3 kids. The room was very beautiful and clean. The hotel itself is very charming , the spa is amazing 🤩, the stuff is extremely caring ! The hotel location is just next to the ski mountain railways ( Sunnega) which helps a lot when you are with kids or in a group. I strongly recommend !
