Good facilities, high class restaurants & bar with a very comfortable and relaxing environment included with a live DJ and enjoyable music at night, great services, friendly staff. Enjoyed our stay very much! Will be glad to visit again and recommend it to friends!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay. Room was clean, spacious and very comfortable. Very near the zermatt train station, just opposite of Macdonald’s. Breakfast had a good selection. Housekeeping would check in on you and offer free chocolates. The only feedback I have is the room didn’t provide English instructions on how to dial the concierge so I had to walk down to request for items.

That is the fantastic hotel in Zermatt; the service and facility are excellent, and the room has a good view of the mountain and Matterhorn. The price of the room is already included the swimming pool and gym and Sauna, that is the excellent price that gives you the service. I will book this hotel again.

It is a short walk from Zermatt station. There are many shops around, so it is very convenient for shopping, but since it is on the main street, it is lively until quite late at night, so it may be a bit noisy if you want to go to bed early.

It first took the front desk more than 20 minutes to find my order, and then it took another half a day to clean up the room. Because the waiting time was too long, the room was upgraded, but the facilities in the room were old, the drainage was blocked due to rain, and the water did not flow at all. I can't get in, the hygiene is not good, and there are hairs on the bed. For a hotel like this, the room rate for one night is 3,800 yuan.

The room is comfortable, the breakfast is simple, but the scrambled eggs are added with chives and diced tomatoes, which tastes good. The bedding and pillows are down, which are quite comfortable. It should be considered a relatively large hotel in the town, and it is pretty good in all aspects.

It was a honeymoon trip and I chose a room with a view of the Matterhorn, but I think the view would be even better if I came in winter. It was close to the train station and convenient for sightseeing.

1 minute from the station. Breakfast wasn't that great. No elevator on the 5th floor. All staff are friendly.

Great value for money! Very pleasant surprise. The location is very convenient, just out of the train station. Not sure if it was a silent upgrade or if this room type is just too big. The double room feels like a small suite. You can see a corner of Matterhorn from the balcony outside. There is a Marshall stereo in the room. Listening to music while looking at the Matterhorn mountain view opposite is really atmospheric! The only thing that makes people hesitate is that this hotel is at the bottom of the mountain. If you want to see the stars, it may be more convenient to live on the mountain opposite Matterhorn. (It takes about 20-30 minutes to walk from this hotel to the view point)

Because there is no location in FOCUS, the front desk recommended this hotel. It is a very old hotel. I was worried, but I didn’t expect it! Excellent! Facilities: Swimming pool, sauna, all Hygiene: very good Environment: unique on the pedestrian street Service: The staff try their best to serve The food is also excellent, especially the grilled pork chop. The tomahawk is a little bit better.

Location: Convenient, 5 minutes walk from the train station to the hotel Room: A bit disappointing, smaller than average. Not much room to put things Lobby: The front desk and restaurant and bar are mixed together, and the atmosphere is good. Service: The staff is very polite, but no tickets are provided It might be Christmas, so the price is not cheap compared to the size of the room.
