The location is very good. Below the hotel is a perfect bridge for taking pictures of Sanno. Across the bridge are churches and museums. It is a ten-minute walk from the train station and a 20-minute walk from the cable car station. You can take a walk along the river by the wine. There are mountain views and looking at the wooden house. The breakfast is good and there are many Chinese people. The service is also great!

First of all, the room I booked was exclusive to the view of the Matterhorn. When I arrived, I said something wrong. The room for the exclusive view of the Matterhorn was full. It was a technical problem with trip.com. I felt cheated! If you are booking this room, please email the hotel in advance to check clearly!

Good location not to far from the train station nor to the sky lifts. Whilst walking from the train station on arrival was ok, the hotel offers a shuttle that we used when we left. The view of the Matterhorn from the room was fantastic. All staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was amazing with options for all tastes. There is no restaurant available however, if you are not looking for a multi course dinner the "snacks" offered at the bar are delicious and will do for the small and medium hunger, otherwise there are plenty of options of restaurants nearby.

Excellent hotel! The view was amazing. We could literally see the matterhorn while laying in bed. The location was very close to the centre and the train stations. The staff was very friendly and the room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was amazing as well. I highly recommend this hotel.

Great staff, and wonderful breakfast. We also took advantage of the special fondue dinner there. Storage space for boots and skis was well planned and very convenient to access the town's free bus system. Happy hour there was very nice and great drinks.

Wonderful stay at a great location in Zermatt. Lovely rooms, impressive service and a nice fireplace in the reception area. Walking distance to the lift and many great restaurants. I loved the swizz alps style in the hotel.. We would stay here again!
