I really like the location! Everything is nice except no lift but understandable if you are looking for short trip.

Clean room with mountain view. The train station is just across the road. Pleasant staff and organised kitchen all ensured my comfortable stay.

Location: Really good location just opposite the Zermatt station and next to the door from Gornergrat bahn station. Not far from COOP. Room: It's good for sleep. Bunk bed is strength not make sound when the upper bed moving and the blanket is warm. The kitchen: Convenience Service: Nice lady and good to support for staying Price: Not expensive to stay and sleep

The hostel is perfect for solo travellers, it was clean and comfortable, and they were super helpful in providing food/hiking recommendations

Close to station and restaurant, also can see a beautiful view in room, nice reception and have a big kitchen downstairs so we can cook. Nice place for every mountaineering Hikers!

This youth hostel-style hotel is very suitable for friends who go skiing. We booked a room with a private bathroom, which was 1,800 per night in the off-season and couldn't even unfold the suitcase. It was really expensive, but fortunately it was very close to the train station and the entrance to the scenic area, and the environment was also okay.

Very close to Zermatt Station, very convenient for the Glacier Train the next day. Facing the Matterhorn in one corner, it is convenient to watch the sunrise early in the morning. No breakfast is provided, but there is a kitchen and washing machine downstairs, which is also convenient.

At that time, I didn't know that Switzerland was not part of the European Union. My card couldn't be used because it had no network. Fortunately, I saw it right after leaving the station. It was very convenient. The lady at the front desk was also very nice. She gave me chocolate candies, which warmed me up in the middle of winter. I also met a Chinese student who was very nice in my dormitory.

The location is really convenient because it is right in front of the station. There is also a coop mart and a train station to Gornergrat right in front, which was nice. I stayed in a 6-bed dorm, and there was a small locker in the room and a shelf on the bed, which was convenient. There was space in the room, so I could put my suitcase. The downside is that the shower head in the shower room is fixed to the wall, and the water pressure is very, very weak.

The hotel arrangements are very good and attentive. I will stay here again in the future.

It was right in front of Zermatt station, so it was very convenient. As for the room, it was clean and had a nice wooden feel. The receptionist was very friendly. I have a problem with the shower room. The shower room is of course locked, but I couldn't unlock it when I went out. Since I used it around 10 p.m., the person in charge opened it from outside, but if it had been in the middle of the night, I would have ended up with steamed bread. Also, the person who opened it didn't apologize and quickly went somewhere else. Other than that, it's a perfect hotel/hostel.
