Phoenix Hotspring Resort

The room was large, clean and tidy. Breakfast has a rich variety of Chinese and Western styles. The shuttle bus from the hotel to the hot springs is very considerate. We also received a surprise souvenir at checkout - hot and fragrant egg tarts. Pleasant hot spring trip, recommended! 

The environment is not bad. The room is quite big and clean. The service is good and responsive to all requests. The point is deducted for the air conditioner. I have to complain about this. It can only emit hot air. If the mode is adjusted to 18 degrees Celsius, it will also emit hot air. I asked the customer service and said it does not work. The solution was that in the end it was too hot and I couldn't bear it, so I had to ask the receptionist to bring two electric fans. This problem was solved perfectly.

I'm very satisfied with the room, it's big! Breakfast and dinner included! Very good value for money! There is also a fireworks show at night! The receptionist who made the lanterns had a bad attitude. Because they missed the time to make the lanterns while eating and watching the fireworks, they were not allowed to participate and the children were not allowed to go back and make them on their own! Unlike the description, hot spring residents can get a chance to make lanterns! The children are very disappointed. I hope that the hotel staff can improve the customer's stay experience and pay more attention to details. After all, it is a resort hotel. This kind of attitude is a bit disappointing.

The price/performance ratio is not high, the hotel is very old and the facilities are also very old. When I went there, I made sure to check out at 2pm. Customer service said check out was at 2pm. At 12 o'clock that day, we were still having lunch in the restaurant downstairs, so they called us and asked us to check out. I was clearly told to check out at 12 o'clock. I was speechless. I hurriedly ate and went back to pack my luggage. In the afternoon, prepare to go to the hot spring. The hot spring and the hotel are separate and you need to take a shuttle bus. Let's complain about the hot springs. The women's changing room smells terrible. There are only a few pools in the hot springs and the rest room is freezing cold. The lobby lounge is simply beyond words. Don't get your hopes too high or you'll be disappointed. This is the worst spa hotel I've been to. The hotel was not very clean and the sheets were already dirty before we even checked in. The toilet on the first floor of the duplex room was not cleaned.

It's an older hotel, but there are many others. We held an event during New Year's Eve and overall it was pretty good.

The room is very large and can sleep 4 people without any problem. The decoration of the hotel is a bit old and the facilities are a little outdated. Overall it is quite good and it is worth going there again.

The overall environment of the hotel is comfortable and parking is convenient. The room decoration is typical business type. The room is quite large but the soundproofing is a bit poor. The chatter next door in the middle of the night can be heard clearly from the bedside. The attitude of the waiters is very good. I didn’t have an in-depth experience with the hot springs in the package because I had a baby. Overall, I felt that there were quite a lot of pools, but the free bath towels were a bit small and the bathrobes were charged. The spicy crab provided is also very good. It would be even better if you add some rice cakes. Because spicy crab is provided, we also had dinner at the hotel. The waiter recommended a set meal for us. There are 6 dishes for 128, which is really good value and taste. Very good too. The whole trip was very satisfying.
