The room is spacious, super large, clean and tidy! The staff was very well trained and guided me all the way to the room. The entire decoration style of the hotel is Chinese style. From the front hall to the guest rooms, all mahogany furniture is used. Walking along the way, you can take pictures of the scenery. Looking out the window of the check-in room, you can have a panoramic view of the Xiangshan Tower not far away. What was even more gratifying was that we took a stroll after dinner and walked to the edge of the Yangtze River in 2 minutes. The summer river breeze is actually a bit cool. Very comfortable. If you stay in a mountain view room at this price, you can make a lot of money in a river view room O(∩_∩)O

The location wasn’t bad either. Was it World Plaza? A shopping mall was about a 20-minute walk away, and even after walking just 10 minutes, there were plenty of things around. However, since it’s a residential area, there aren’t many entertainment options. Aside from that, the facilities and cleanliness were excellent. Holiday Express Inn is always a good choice.

The service is intimate, from the warm reception at the front desk when checking in, to help solve various small problems during the stay, the staff is always smiling, patient and efficient. The location of the hotel is excellent, the taxi is very convenient, there is no need to worry about travel, the room feels very clean as soon as you enter, the bed is flat, The bathroom has no smell, the toiletries are neatly arranged, the details are full of care, the breakfast is super rich, Chinese and Western styles, bread, eggs, porridge, stir-fried vegetables, and fresh fruits and drinks, next time you come here, you will definitely choose this one!

Ji Hotel at ZJG is brand new. Very modern and pleasantly decorated. Room was nice, comfortable & functional. Room aircon was about the quietest we’ve ever encounter in our recent travel. Hotel has a small 2 treadmill gym and a free-for-use laundry machine / dryer (latter a plus for us traveling for few weeks). Breakfast selection was modest but sumptuous. Our group who were traveling for golf were all highly impressed.

The room facilities are very new, and the layout of dry and wet areas is also reasonable. The small problem is that the doors of the toilet and shower room are very close to each other, and they are at right angles, and there is very little space at the door. One door must be closed before the other can be opened. The door of the shower room is not airtight and leaks. The hotel service is very good, and the service staff are very enthusiastic and responsive. There are several buildings in the hotel, and the environment in the garden is also very good, with birds singing and flowers blooming. There are also several hot spring pools. Because it is some distance away from the building of the room, it is more suitable for soaking in spring and autumn when the temperature is more suitable. The hotel has a cooperation with the nearby Maple Forest Camp, and there are many discounts for booking kayaking activities through the hotel.

I chose to stay at the Wanda Jin Hotel during our family trip to Zhangjiagang with the kids. First, I have to highlight the most impressive service – a special shout-out to Xiaoyue at the front desk! From the moment we walked in, she greeted us warmly and accompanied us every step of the way, from the lobby to the elevator and even to the parking lot, showing meticulous care and thoughtfulness. Her 180-degree bow during check-in was incredibly sincere and heartwarming. When we encountered a minor issue during our stay, Xiaoyue promptly communicated with us and efficiently helped us resolve it. She was patient and professional throughout, with absolutely no perfunctory attitude! I also want to commend a housekeeping manager (a slightly chubby gentleman). After we checked in, we had a small problem in our room, and he immediately came up to take a look and quickly resolved it. His attitude was sincere, genuine, and polite, which made us feel very warm. He even stayed with us late into the night until the issue was completely resolved! A big thank you again to the front desk and the manager for their enthusiastic hospitality! Even though the hotel is newly renovated, there was absolutely no strange odor, which made me feel very secure bringing my children – a huge plus point. Overall, I'm quite satisfied with our experience, and I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time!

Driving for more than 3 hours, I was very tired to the store. I turned off my mobile phone at ten o'clock and wanted to sleep. I found that the room was very noisy. At first, I thought it was the sound of the adjacent room washing the sewer pipe. When I waited for 11 o'clock, the sound was still non-stop. Feedback to the front desk, The waiter came and said that other rooms also had this sound. My room was more serious. It was said that it might be the reason for the hot air conditioner on the same day. Then I said to open a few rooms to listen. I tossed to about 12 o'clock. I was really sleepy and wanted to die. Later, I chose a room that was worse than my original room type. I barely slept for one night, but at 8 o'clock in the morning, I only slept for more than two hours. I asked the waiter if it was the same room type? She said yes, is it, everyone looks at the picture, the photo is changed later, the video is the room that just started to stay in?

Surprise beyond expectations, I didn't expect to have such a good homestay in this corner. It was purely accidental to book here, because it was close to the scenic spot to go to and the price was affordable. I didn't expect it to look better than the picture. The facilities are complete, all kinds of punching equipment, and it is very clean. The proprietress service is first-class. In short, I am very satisfied with the experience. I don't want to go out when I stay in it. I will definitely come again if I have a chance.
