SsteelbossI often stay in this hotel near an industrial park where I have some business. This is a great option to avoid a 30-minute drive to downtown Zhangjiagang, where costs are higher. The hotel is very clean and the beds are super-duper comfy. The front office staff consistently exudes charm and approachability. There is gated free parking behind the hotel, and there are many small local restaurants. My only issue with this hotel is that sometimes the smell of cigarrets is present in the rooms. Even if you have a non-smoking room, you may get smoke through the shared AC ducts, and that is not cool. In any case, this hotel offers deals that are hard to refuse, with all things said and done.

GGuest UserThe hotel is located in Shazhou Lake Park, with beautiful environment and pleasant scenery, suitable for a relaxing vacation. The facilities are very new and complete. It is worth mentioning that you can rent fishing gear, kites, and 4-person bicycles for free. The location is in the sub-center of this small town, not the city center, 3 kilometers away. There is a large shopping mall next to it, which is very convenient for shopping and eating, but a little far from the main attractions. The hotel is generally good, the service is ok, and snacks are given before leaving. The only shortcoming is the breakfast. It feels like the hotel is for banquets, and the buffet breakfast is not very good. It is mainly a row of hot dishes, a row of cold dishes, a row of noodle stalls, and a row of bread. The variety and taste are average. It is indeed as the online reviews say that it makes people lose their appetite.

Every time I visited the lounge during my stay, she greeted me with such warmth and just the right amount of attention. Her genuine kindness, gentle demeanor, and incredibly soothing smile instantly made me feel relaxed and comfortable. Whether it was her recommendations for food and drinks or her prompt response to my dining needs, everything was meticulous, thoughtful, and thoroughly professional. Whenever I had questions, she patiently answered them and actively helped coordinate solutions, being proactive and attentive throughout. Her dedicated service elevated my entire stay, making me truly feel at home. I will definitely choose this place again next time and wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone! AAnam A.Brand new hotel. Good view of the greenery outside. Very good staff. Their english knowledge is slightly limited but they get the work done. Good and spacious rooms. Very average breakfast for a non chinese person. Apart from that highly recommend the hotel.

MMr 林New. Modern. Simple. Easy. The front desk also has a Costa Coffee service. Ideal. The check in was almost instant with no extra questions. I had to change the initial room due to excessive cigarettes smoke smell. The new room was perfect. The floor was clean and no sticky, a pleasure for naked feet. And everything new. The washing clothes is near the lobby, 20 min fast wash with 20 min hot drying, and for the time of a sipping coffee and some phone browsing, clothes were clean and dry, by the free of any charge. I will surely stay there again. I have almost forgot the breakfast: nothing to brag about. But you’ll fill your belly. Good luck!

Wwaitfor1000The Executive Room was quite spacious for one person, and the hotel breakfast was good too. The room was clean and tidy, though the facilities felt a bit dated. It comes with fitness equipment and complimentary laundry service. It's right next to a pedestrian street and across from Manbat Shopping Mall, making it super convenient for dining, entertainment, and shopping. Excellent value for money, a great business hotel.

GGuest UserThey had no hot water evenr though they claim its 24hrs. The AC didnt work, when we asked for it to be fixed we were told they couldnt. The WIFI signal was very poor and we couldnt use it. The hotel is beautiful thyr just need to improve their on amenities and service.
