The staff were super helpful and friendly and went out of their way to make sure we were looked after. Whether I needed recommendations or had a random request, they were always happy to help. The service was excellent, and the rooms were clean and comfy—just what I needed after a day out. You can really tell they care about their guests. Overall, Hetianwan Inn is a great place to stay. I’d definitely recommend it and will be back for sure!

A very basic facilities but totally worth for this price. Many restaurant nearby, city bus station and main bus terminal is just walking distance. Water heater work a bit slow but totally is fine. Soundproof is a bit weak but still fine. Hotel owner is very helpful and friendly. I had a very pleasant stay, overall is good.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to stay in Zhangjiajie City. The staff were extremely friendly and went out of their way to help me by translating stuff to English. Hotel was very clean, had all the amenities you'd want and overall just a very nice stay.

Very good position, next to the central bus station and the cableway to Tianmen Mountain! Really clean and nice rooms and very kind owners :)

The boss was very hospitable. It was clean and comfortable. Restaurants and the cable car station for Tianmenshan was close by. Boss provided bottles of water and helped with luggage. Great host! Recommend if you’re visiting Tianmenshan as it’s very convenient!

Decent , cozy accommodation, close to the airport, cable car and bus station. Would be better if shower would be seppsrated though, otherwise it was nice, authentic.

Very well priced hotel. It is pretty simple but has everything we needed for a rest after a long day on Tianmen Mountain. About 10 to 15 min walk to the cable car station in town. Staff helpful with early check in so we can leave our luggage in room before we went up the mountain.
