Easy to find. The owner help me alot explaining the route for zhangjiajie. Even if i cant speak chinese, he still willing hard to explain it. But ticket from the hotel is way more cheaper

Location is within walking distance to east gate entrance. Many eateries nearby. Hotel operator was knowledgeable to give information on the different routes. He helped to book the entrance tickets at a discount. When we reached the hotel address, the hotel was closed under renovation. The next door hotel lady helped to call the hotel operator. Then the hotel operator came to pick us and brought us to his other hotel that was nearby. We appreciated if he had let us know the hotel was under renovation beforehand. Overall the stay at the other hotel was a pleasant one.

Excellent service from the host who helped with purchase the cable car pass and advice for each day route touring the huge park. The room was quiet and clean. But there is no elevator going up the stairs. Thankfully the host helped with carrying the luggage up to our room. The boutique hotel is very close to the east gate to the park.

The owners are very kind, especially the wive. Unfortunately we only stay for a night. The location is very lovely. Nextdoor is supermarket. The room super clean and huuuuge! She reccomended a place to dinner, we managed to walk around after and enjoy the seasonal fruit and local snack. I love the area! Very close distance walking to east gate of the zhangjiajie park.

住了兩晚忘記給屋內拍照了，這間客棧地理位置特別好，就在武陵源東門樓下，晚上下樓就是夜市。吃住都很方便，環境衞生也很好，老闆還可以幫買門票。值得推薦的一家店。

客棧離東門很近，步行幾分鐘就能到，下面是一條小吃街，吃東西很方便，老闆夫婦人非常好，孩子爬天門洞時出了點小意外，腳扭傷了。老闆熱心的一直幫忙聯繫景區的工作人員商量後續保障賠償事宜，老闆娘還送來枴杖，讓我們的行程充滿了温暖，找老闆還能買到便宜點的景區門票和魅力湘西的票。

老闆和老闆娘非常熱情，特別好！不但提前讓我們入住，而且會幫我們規劃入景區的行程，不走冤枉路。而且在老闆這裏買的不限次數的索道和天梯票，不但便宜而且方便，真的是強烈推薦在老闆這裏買景區內的各種票，完全沒有後顧之憂！我們帶孩子出行，老闆每天給我們準備了六瓶水！最後一天，行李放在老闆這裏，輕裝前行進山，回來後在這裏取行李消暑降温，老闆還給開了空調，給我們切瓜吃，太貼心了，強烈推薦這家入住！
