A perfectly located guest house in the main areas of this quiet village in the border between three provinces, a good place yo visit while it still a village.

Good locatoon near to East Gate.. Room hygiene is poor. Bed linens are not clean, unswept dust and rubbish under the bed,, damp walls. Does not clean up room daily until you tell them to. Wifi does nut work. Torn towels.

This is definitely my favourite hotel I stayed in China. First of all, the hotel itself; it has a perfect location, the room was fine; everything clean, comfortable bed, good linen etc. And affordable price. The only thing surprised me - they only offered small towels, that wasn't a big deal though. And the second, I'm really thankful to the staff / the owner. Unfortunately, I don't know the name but I guess the lady who met me was the owner who lives there and always on duty. She was super nice and helpful, always smiling and ready to share the information and tips about the area. I was in a hurry and made a booking on a wrong date by mistake and only realised that on arrival to the hotel. And she was so kind to let me check in without any penalty and even upgraded to a bit better room as they didn't have a type of room I booked. That was my last night in China and I'm realy happy to complete my journey with such welcoming and positive vibes. Wish you have many nice guests, and good luck in your business!

very big and comfortable rooms for a family. the staff was very nice and even gave us a ride to the bus station. very close to the park entrance.

The location is great, the room was nice and had everything we could expect. You can easily go to the park from the hotel, it’s very close. The host is very nice and helped us a lot, and answered all our questions. 🙃

Satisfied, just a few minutes to the East Gate, very quiet at night, no odor on the bed, cups and pillows, clean and fresh, spent three full days in the Forest Park to visit all the attractions, the experience was very good (pictured)

Cheap and comfortable. The boss is very nice. If I need anything, I will contact you very quickly and he can arrange everything. I thought the building was four floors high, but I didn't expect to be assigned to live on the fifth floor. I was already tired from climbing the mountain and still had to climb the fifth floor.

A good hotel 5 minutes from the entrance to the park. It's just super. The only inconvenience is the lack of an elevator. My room was on the 4th floor and it was not the last one. Checking in and out with a heavy suitcase was not super. Otherwise, everything is fine. Excellent staff, polite, responsive. The rooms are clean, spacious with amenities and Wi-Fi.

Wonderful hotel near the entrance to Zhangjiajie National Park. The room is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Wonderful hostess! Helped me organize a transfer from the airport to the hotel at a late hour. There are many shops and cafes near the hotel. Next time I will stay at this hotel again!

We really liked the location - 5 minutes from the entrance to Zhangjiajie Park, and 10 from the bus station. We had a room with one double bed. Linen, kettle, hair dryer, everything is there. Separate bathroom with shower. Air conditioning. It was October and we took extra blankets out of the closet. The hostess and her children are incredibly kind, caring and charming people. Upon arrival, we immediately discussed the excursion plan and the hostess's son ordered all the tickets for us and to the glass bridge, and to Tianmen, and to the park, and to the fox show. He immediately wrote out a map of where to go on what day, all the points. According to his plan, we looked at all the sights without a warm-up. He speaks English fluently, so even a translator was not often needed. There are many places to eat nearby, for breakfast the hostess showed a neighboring cafe. We were delighted with our stay here.

The room environment is OK, the boss's service attitude is very friendly, he took the initiative to introduce the travel guide, and he can also help with ticket booking. I drove there, and it was convenient to park at the door, and I parked until I left Zhangjiajie the next night. There is also a breakfast shop next to the boss's house. I accidentally dropped my phone while eating breakfast at his house. Fortunately, the boss kept it for me in time. Thumbs up 👍!

The room type is very good, suitable for family travel, not facing the street and very quiet. The bed is very comfortable. Except that the 5th floor is a bit high, everything else is good. It is also very convenient to eat, there is a private kitchen restaurant next to it, and the taste is also good.

The proprietress of Lemi Theme Inn is very enthusiastic. She told us very seriously how to play in the forest park and gave us a route map. It is about 4 minutes away from the landmark gate, which is very convenient.
