Moli Intelligent Hotel (Zhangjiajie Tianmen Mountain Cableway Branch)

Choosing Mali Hotel for our trip to Zhangjiajie Tianmen Mountain was a fantastic decision! The hotel boasts a prime location, within walking distance of the Tianmen Mountain cable car lower station, which made getting up the mountain incredibly convenient. The room decor is modern and minimalist, and the cleanliness was impeccable. We really appreciated the practical wet/dry separation in the bathroom and the smart home controls throughout, making everything so easy. The front desk staff were warm and meticulous, offering free itinerary planning, insider tips to avoid tourist traps, and luggage storage. There are plenty of dining options downstairs, and getting around the area is a breeze. After a long day of hiking, it was wonderful to come back and relax. Overall, the experience was top-notch, and we'll definitely choose this hotel again next time we visit Zhangjiajie.

The hotel is clean and tidy with plenty of parking, both above ground and in the basement. Dining options nearby are super convenient, with many highly-rated restaurants. The rooms are clean and smart, highly recommended. The only minor issue was that the navigation to the hotel was a bit inaccurate; it's a good idea to contact the hotel beforehand for directions. It's not far from the Tianmen Mountain cable car, about a 10-minute walk or a 10-yuan taxi ride. Very convenient.

The room was spacious and newly renovated, with smart home controls that my kids absolutely loved. It offered incredible value for money. The owners were very warm and welcoming, providing excellent service. The surrounding area has plenty of dining options, and it's not far from the Tianmen Mountain cable car. There's a washing machine and dryer available, and they even provide chilled bottled water. The room has a fridge, and the owner even helped us take our clothes to the rooftop to dry, then folded them for us when we returned, as we were heading to another location that day. Seriously, hats off to the owner!

This stay was absolutely perfect! The location is super close to the scenic area, making it really convenient to go in and out morning and night without needing a taxi. The owner was very friendly and the service was thoughtful and meticulous. The cleanliness was spot-on. The price was great, offering excellent value for money. The biggest bonus was the free laundry facilities, which allowed me to wash and dry all my dirty clothes after several days of travel. It perfectly solved the common problem of laundry when traveling. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I visit.
