A wonderful stay! The hotel staff went above and beyond to help us buy tickets for Zhangjiajie National Park and the Grand Canyon and gave us perfect directions. Our room was comfortable, and the heat blanket was so good—it made the chilly nights incredibly cozy. The only very small downside was that the floor was a little sticky, but everything else was excellent.

Perfect location right next to the entry gates. Owner is a very friendly man and speaks good English, and can help you plan your itinerary for Zhangjiajie & Tianmen Mountain. The room had a rustic charm and was clean. I would advise to visit the national park at the earliest time slots (7am) and go straight for the Bailong Elevator, as this will give you a couple of hours to see the best sights before hundreds of tour groups show up!

Highly recommend Spring Blossom Inn Zhangjiajie! It's right next to Wulingyuan National Forest Park, so you can head straight into the mountains for sightseeing as soon as you step out – super convenient and saves a lot of travel time. The rooms are clean and fresh, with a lovely natural wood decor that feels warm and cozy. The bedding is soft and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep, and the soundproofing is excellent. Facilities are complete and practical, with impeccable hygiene details. The owner and staff are enthusiastic and professional, patiently helping with tour route planning and offering tips to avoid tourist traps. It offers incredible value for money; you can relax and unwind here after a long day of exploring. If you're coming to Zhangjiajie Wulingyuan, choosing this place is definitely the right call!

The hotel's location is great, less than a 10-minute walk to the East Gate (the main entrance). The owner was very kind and answered all our questions, even giving us detailed explanations of the pros and cons of various tour routes. As an 80-year-old couple traveling independently, we chose Route B. On the first day, we took the eco-car from the East Gate at 8:00 AM directly to the Bailong Elevator, rode it to the upper station, and toured the main attractions of Yuanjiajie. For lunch, we stayed overnight at a guesthouse on the cliffside. On the second day, after visiting the main attractions of Tianzi Mountain, we took the cable car down the mountain, then toured the Ten-Mile Gallery and a short section of the Golden Whip Stream before returning to the guesthouse at 3 PM. The room was on the second floor, matched the description, and was clean and well-equipped. We were quite satisfied and would recommend it.

Great location with plenty of dining options nearby and easy access to attractions. The room was relatively quiet. There's a rooftop terrace for drying clothes and a washing machine available for guest use.

Very poor service. We were the only guests, yet our rooms had no towels, body wash container was empty, no bottles of drinking water. No receptionist to check us in. Aftwr we messaged him, we had to wait for 10 minutes. He helped us carried the luggage upstairs to our room, then disappeared to continue his dinner. He only cleared the rubbish bins daily. Excellent location though. Only 5 minutes walk to the mist popular entrance of zhangjiajie national forest park.

Highly recommended! It's been ages since I met a guesthouse owner so knowledgeable about hiking trails. A special thank you to the owner for helping me plan my routes; it made my flexible time truly worthwhile. I clocked 100,000 steps in three days and managed to visit all the attractions. The room was very clean; they collected the trash daily, keeping everything tidy. There's no elevator, but the owner was very helpful with luggage. It's located on the third row of a back street, ensuring a quiet night's sleep, yet it's still very close to dining options and the night market. If you're driving during peak season, I'd recommend contacting the owner beforehand to reserve a parking spot.

Coming to Wulingyuan, choosing the right accommodation doubled our happiness! This place is close to the East Gate, and everything from transportation to service, food, and lodging was a pleasant surprise. Definitely full marks! The transportation is so convenient; you don't have to walk an extra step. From the Wulingyuan Bus Station to the hotel, and from the hotel to the Emblem Gate, it's about 600 meters each way, a roughly ten-minute walk. The location itself is superb; the scenic area entrance is right outside. When you're tired from exploring, you don't have to rush back, which is both convenient and a time-saver. The owners are genuinely warm and helpful people. When we arrived, our room wasn't ready yet, but without a second thought, they helped us store our luggage and proactively suggested adding each other on WeChat for easier communication if we needed anything. In the evening, they even went out of their way to explain the attractions and touring routes to us... The room, all made of solid wood, felt like staying in a cozy little cabin in the forest – spacious and comfortable, just like home. As for the food: there's a wide variety, including freshly cooked rice noodles, wontons, noodle soup, fried dough sticks, flatbreads, fried rice, rice rolls, and hot soy milk... In a word, the value for money is incredibly high! When traveling, you look for convenience, comfort, and value for money, and this place delivers on all fronts. I absolutely have to give it a five-star review!

The hotel was close to East gate , so it was easy to walk there. The host was very knowledgeable about Wulingyuan, so even though it was my first time there, I was able to easily get to the places I wanted and enjoy the scenery. I was grateful that the host was so helpful when I told him about the difficulties I was facing locally.

The room was clean and very close to the East Gate. The owner provided excellent service, explaining my itinerary for the first and second days upon arrival. As a solo traveler, I was given a planning map, which was incredibly helpful for my trip.

Perfect location to enter the natural park, literally takes 5min by walk, so it’s great to go early in the morning. The owners are very friendly and kind. Also, I forgot something in the hotel, and they helped sending it to where I was.
