Everything about this hotel is great. The location is super convenient, right near the East Gate of Zhangjiajie National Forest Park (the Wulingyuan ticket office), and they have a huge parking lot, which is perfect if you're driving. The front desk staff, especially one of the ladies, was very helpful in explaining the park routes and even got us discounted tickets. The air conditioning and hot water both worked perfectly 24/7. Overall, a really good stay.

A very good place to stay at, with quite a central location in the city. The receptionist (Tzia Tzia if I write it correctly) is very kind and helpful, she speaks English and gave us a lot of advice to organize our activities. The room is spacious, clean, well equipped, quiet, bright and very comfortable, with a nice view on the mountain. The breakfast has many choices and is pretty decent, even if it is quite cold where we eat. We definitely had a great stay here !

It's quite close to the Forest Park. You can ask the lady at the front desk for directions if you're not a fan of planning. Just follow their recommendations.
