Orange Hotel (Zhangjiajie Tianmen Mountain Ropeway Station)

This is my 3rd time with Orange hotel. I can see Orange hotel room is bigger than Lavande hotel for their cheapest room. I was loyal to Lavende hotel before than decided to try Orange hotel. Will stick to Orange hotel for many good reasons. Love that huge toilet mat super convenient. Their light system is wow 💯💯💯. Btw, the male receptionist gave up helping me when I asked him to help me keyin hotel address and telephone number in ******* app due to his poor English then a female receptionist despite her poor English as well she was patient and help me get it done. I hope that male receptionist will be given more training in customer service.

Stayed here with my family for a few days, and overall it was a very convenient and comfortable experience. The biggest advantage of this hotel is its location. It is very close to the Tianmen Mountain ropeway station, which made our trip much easier since we didn’t have to worry about long travel early in the morning. For anyone planning to visit Tianmen Mountain, this is a strong plus. The room was clean and well-maintained, especially suitable for a family stay. Beds were comfortable, and the space was enough for everyone to move around without feeling cramped. The interior felt modern and simple, which we liked. The staff were helpful, even though there was a slight language barrier at times. They still tried their best to assist us, especially with directions and basic needs.

Very comfortable stay. Rooms are spacious, with free coffee at the lobby, free washing machine 24 hours. Location was great, near Tianmenshan Station, surrounded by restaurants and shops
