Zhangjiajie Four Seasons Lai · Riverside Resort Hotel (Baofeng Lake Scenic Area)

This hotel, nestled by Baofeng Lake, boasts beautiful scenery and a tranquil environment. The overall decor is very upscale. The ladies at the front desk are all so sweet and provide excellent service. What's more, the owner personally drives guests for pick-up and drop-off, which was an unexpectedly wonderful touch! I was truly touched. The room was incredibly spacious, and the facilities were excellent and new (though I forgot to take pictures, only capturing moments of us eating in the room 🥲). Our family of three had a very comfortable stay. The location is also incredibly convenient, with food delivery arriving quickly. It's also close to the scenic area. Breakfast was very plentiful, catering to both Western and Chinese tastes, which was great since most of the guests seemed to be foreigners. All in all, it's a fantastic hotel. I'd definitely want to stay here again and will recommend it to friends. Thank you for providing us with such a wonderful travel experience. Grateful ☺️❤️

It was pretty good. The room was clean and tidy, and all the shows and variety programs on the TV were free, no extra charge. The front desk staff also carefully explained the sightseeing routes and important tips. If you choose to go to and from the East Gate, they even provide a shuttle service. When checking out, they gave us a souvenir, some berry tea. If I come back again, I'll definitely choose this hotel.

The location is excellent, right next to the attractions. For dining, you'll need to walk a few hundred meters for better options. There isn't much space to put things in the room, which could be improved as it's a bit inconvenient.

Excellent experience! The room was clean, came with a mini-fridge and complimentary drinks. They even provided a fruit platter upon check-in. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. They offer a shuttle service to Zhangjiajie National Forest Park, and there's also a laundry room and gym. When we checked out, they even gave us some local specialty berry tea as a gift!
