This is a new, big & modern hotel located in Wulingyan town centre. Hotel is about 2km away (20 to 30 mins walk) from Zhangjiajie East Gate entrance or about 10km away from Zhangjiajie South Gate Entrance. Didi (china grab) is available easily from hotel. Hotel is about 45 mins drive from Zhangjiajie City Centre/West Railway Station. Hotel is surrounded by many shops, eateries and is walkable everywhere. Hotel lobby is huge and spacious. Check in staffs are all very friendly and welcoming. There is a hot tea station at the lobby which can be utilised by guests all day. Rooms are smoking free, new, modern, spacious and luxury. Room toileteries are by Balmain. Hotel surrounding is quiet. Buffet breakfast is very crowded due to many tour groups. On 2 occasions, the hotel allow us to enter the breakfast restaurant but there is no table available. Hunting for table ourself is probably not acceptable for a 5 star hotel. I suggest the hotel staff must assist every guest to their table. If there is no table, dont let the guest in the restaurant cluelessly looking for table. The 2 coffee machines at the breakfast are slow and there is always long queue there. Hotel need to improve this by adding another coffee machine and mayb add a pot of hot black coffee so those who need black coffee can skip using the coffee machine. Hotel restaurant is also under staff in my opinion. Otherwise, in my opinion the hotel buffet breakfast spread is huge, many hot food selections and quite delicious. Overall, i think this is great hotel to stay when visiting zhangjiajie avatar mountain.

Nice new hotel. Very convenient downtown location, neat and clean streets and good quality restaurants nearby, offering good dinner options. Less than 10 minutes taxi ride from Wulingyuan Park main entrance.

The hotel is brand new. The gym is amazing. Washing and drying machines also. Service is very good. Staff very friendly.
The western breakfast was very bad. I had 3 days included and after the 1st one, never came back. Also it was 32° and the pool is closed and empty. I think it should be up and running in thks weather.
With these 2 improvements, I definitely recommend.

The hotel room is clean spacious and comfortable. Location is great, with many good restaurants within short walking distance. staffs are friendly, welcoming and helpful. Really enjoyed our visit. Will definitely stay in this hotel when visiting 武陵源.

Overall very satisfied and hotel provided excellent service. Laundry services is super useful and it's free. The room is very clean and new with nice design. The free buffet was good as well, but overcrowded in the early morning. We also tried their massage which is good as well and thanks to the front manager for the discount. They have concierge service to help with planning and booking any tours needs. Very satisfied with the stay.

We loved our stay from the moment we arrived! The hotel staff was welcoming and attentive throughout our stay. They were patient and made sure all of our needs were met. The rooms are comfortable, spacious and quiet. The hotel is located on the main street in town so it was a perfect spot to stroll before and after dinner.

This is absolutely a great hotel! The service is impeccable. The rooms are huge and clean, also views are great. Lily and other staff members was so great at helping me settle in and so kind to order me take out when I had a tiring day exploring. This hotel is fabulous and in great location to the east gate of national park. For Breakfast there is a massive choice selection which is great.
Thank you so much Lily for making my stay memorable. I will be coming back.
