The guesthouse and amenities were very clean, and the room was bright and quiet. There's an elevator, and both the owner and staff were very welcoming. When I wanted to do laundry but the washing machine was occupied, the staff member told me to go enjoy myself and she'd take care of washing and drying it for me. I was really touched by that! The guesthouse is also conveniently located for dining and sightseeing. Definitely recommended!

Overall, this hotel offers an excellent experience. The location is fantastic, very close to the commercial street, so you can easily walk there for shopping and dining. The rooms are clean and tidy, with complete amenities, and the environment is quiet. The service attitude is warm and attentive, making for a very comfortable stay. It's very convenient for getting around and sightseeing, and the value for money is good. I would choose to stay here again next time I visit. Highly recommended!

The landlady is incredibly kind and hospitable, treating us like old friends. She helped us book tickets and even upgraded our room type since we were a family traveling together. The room was also very clean and tidy, and having a parking spot was super convenient. Zhangjiajie is truly beautiful!

Extremely satisfied! The room was clean and tidy, and the bathroom had a separate wet and dry area. The bed was super comfortable to sleep in. We went out during the day and came back to find the room spotlessly clean. The landlady also recommended some fun places nearby; we watched a drone show and the kids loved playing on the slide. It's close to the scenic area, and food and drinks are convenient. The owner is also very kind. Highly recommended!

I was here for a business trip and the environment was surprisingly good, exceeding my expectations. It was affordable and felt like a four-star standard. The cleanliness, in particular, was exceptional – I never expected it to be so spotless and free of any odor. The owner's service attitude was also great. During my stay, I accidentally got some oil on the sheets and requested a change in the morning. By the time I returned at noon, they had already been replaced, which was very efficient. The rooftop is also beautiful, and there's a washing machine, making it very convenient for laundry. Highly recommend.

The room was excellent, very comfortable, and spotlessly clean. The bed was super comfy, and the floor-to-ceiling windows offered a great view and plenty of natural light.
