Xiyue Hotel

Our group of 3 stayed in a family room, which was well-equipped and very clean. The owner was very friendly and helped us contact the driver to take us to the Grand Canyon. The price was very cheap. It takes only 35 minutes to drive from Zhangjiajie High-speed Railway Station to the hotel. It only takes 7 minutes to walk from the hotel to the entrance of Zhangjiajie National Forest Park. The owner will explain how to play in the park, and there are discounts to help buy tickets. The next day, it took us 20 minutes to get to the south entrance of Zhangjiajie National Forest Park by car. This hotel is the first choice for tourists to Zhangjiajie National Forest Park. There are also many restaurants nearby, which is very convenient for eating. There are also 3 places to choose for breakfast in the morning. The hotel bathroom uses an electronic shower, which has good cold and hot water pressure. Pre-adjust the temperature before choosing which shower to use for a shower. Remember to turn off all switches. The heating is also sufficient. The remote control is selected and the time switch will produce warm air. If you have any questions, contact the owner. 

The hotel is about 200 meters from the landmark gate, very close and easy to find. We spent two days in the Forest Park, which was very convenient to get in and out of. We moved to a nearby hotel in Tianmen Mountain Park. There is an elevator, the environment is OK, the staff is quite enthusiastic, I bought tickets for Eternal Love from them, which was 20 cheaper than online. The downside is that there are some toothpaste stains on the wash cup and the box for disposable toiletries. Although they are not used, they are still unpleasant to look at. There is also half a bottle of Yuanqi Forest in the drawer that was left by some tenant.

First: 10 points for cleanliness and hygiene. This is what I pay most attention to when I stay in a hotel. I saw that it was newly opened in 2024. As expected, the new hotel is very refreshing. Second: The proprietress is very enthusiastic. When we arrived at her house on New Year's Eve, she immediately ran out to help us with our luggage and greeted us every day when we went out and came in. Third: When she saw the clothes our children brought, she upgraded to a parent-child room for free. Thank you🙏 Fourth: The heating effect in the room is excellent. The children ran around naked and didn't feel cold at all.

The location is very good, very close to the East Gate, surrounded by restaurants, the hotel owner is very nice and guides everyone on how to play. The hotel facilities are newly decorated and the hygiene is very good. My niece's ring was found after being lost for three days. The owner is super awesome👍
