The room was really good and clean. The place is close to the river, ancient city and cable station. Host was really helpful and the breakfast is good! Totally recommended.

I recommend this hotel for foreigner tourists who wants somewhere to stay near the cable car entrance of Tianmen Mountain.
The service is very good, the manager is very nice and welcoming, the rooms are very clean and the bed very comfortable! The breakfast is also good and free.
Don't hesitate for your next trip in Zhangjiajie ！

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Everything was great—the room was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was exceptionally helpful, always available whenever I had a question, and genuinely kind and welcoming throughout my visit.
My only suggestion for improvement would be to provide clearer address indications. Since the hotel is located within a residential building, it was a bit difficult to find at first. Some additional directions or signage would make arrival much easier for future guests.
Overall, I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting the area. Thank you for a fantastic experience!

We were very disappointed it’s a residential unit it’s hard to find No signage if it wasn’t for the delivery guy’s who helped us we’ll be absolutely lost. As my phone was Not functioning lucky I do speak Chinese.
The room was quite small but Clean the bathroom was VERY SMALL & all combined Wet Floor. Our room included breakfast unfortunately seating were so poor Only small table & pew for Maximum of 4persons many guests was hanging around waiting for breakfast so we just left without it.
