The facilities are excellent; the bed is super comfortable, and the pillows were great for a good night's sleep. They have a big 'Yuba' style bathroom (or a great shower system, depending on the specific device), and the shower was very relaxing. The air conditioning's heating worked perfectly. The best part was the projector – it's super clear and comes with VIP access, so you can watch any movie. The owner is truly generous! **Hygiene:** Comfortable and very clean. **Environment:** There are lots of places to eat nearby, and the lobby on the first floor has a great artistic vibe. The owner even burned charcoal for us to warm up by, which was incredibly thoughtful ❤️ The lobby was very cozy. **Service:** The front desk attendant was fantastic! He gave us great advice on tourist routes, how to explore, and recommended some delicious places to eat. Absolutely wonderful!!!! And something really, really important: this place has an elevator, which is incredibly convenient! Another friend stayed at a different B&B without one and had to drag their luggage up the stairs 😂😂😂 Here, the elevator goes straight to your room!! I highly recommend this place, especially if you have a lot of luggage or find it difficult to carry. The front desk attendant was very patient and quite handsome too, hahahahaha. Thank you for helping to set up the room; I loved it, very thoughtful ❤️ Truly excellent!!!!

The hotel's location was excellent, surrounded by an abundance of restaurants and eateries, so finding something to eat was never an issue. Despite being in such a lively area, it was surprisingly quiet at night, allowing for a peaceful and restful sleep. The room itself was immaculately clean, making for a very comfortable stay. The bed was soft and plush; I was able to relax instantly and sleep soundly until morning. The staff were also incredibly friendly, always greeting guests with warm smiles, which left a great impression. As I was leaving, they even gave me some tea leaves as a souvenir – a small gesture that I found very touching. From the location and comfort to the service, everything was thoroughly satisfying. This is a great hotel that I would definitely want to return to.

Wow 🤩 This hotel stay absolutely exceeded my expectations! The location is superb, with tons of great food options nearby – step out and you're ready to explore and eat 🍔. The soundproofing in the room is excellent, so it was super quiet at night. The hotel pool is also very clean; a swim there was so relaxing. It's incredibly good value for money, I absolutely have to recommend it to all my friends, you've got to check it out! 🐛🐛

The owner was incredibly welcoming, and the guesthouse was easy to find. It's also a short walk to the cable car station.
