The hotel is newly opened, so all the facilities are quite new, and the room was clean. It's about two kilometers from the 72nd and 7th floor (presumably a local landmark), so you'll still need a taxi to get around. It offers great value for money, and the breakfast was quite good too. I had a very restful stay.

We had a great experience at this hotel. Ms. 范范 (reception) and Mr. 李永顺(laundry) truly deserve to be named the best employees in the universe. They both did an incredible job. Ms. 范范 made sure we had all the important details, gave us great travel tips, and helped us avoid any scams, all while making us feel welcome from check-in. Mr. 李永顺 was equally amazing, he helped me with my laundry right away, and later that day I found it already dried and neatly folded with care. I also saw him ironing other guests' button up shirts his attention to detail is phenomenal. Both of them have outstanding management and customer service skills, and more importantly, they're genuinely great people. They were so wonderful that we decided to book an extra 4 hour stay since our flight wasn't until night just so we could stay longer! This is hands down the best customer service we've ever experienced, and we'll definitely be back next time we visit Zhangjiajie.

They offer a home-style laundry service where someone handles your clothes, so you can sleep soundly without worries.

I always stay at Mercure, and this hotel is pretty good. It's in the city center and quite new. The only downside is that rooms facing the street can be a bit noisy at night. The front desk service was very warm and welcoming, all in all, everything was good.

I specifically booked this hotel because my next day's itinerary was in Changsha, and it turned out to be an unexpected delight! The hotel service was superb; any requests were handled immediately. The butler service was excellent, anticipating our needs. They knew we were coming from Tianmen Mountain, so they allowed us a late check-out to freshen up and even arranged a car to take us to the West Station! Truly amazing, five stars! ✨✨👍

This is a wonderful hotel. They provide free pick-up and drop-off service from Zhangjiajie West railway station. Staff are friendly and accomodative. I had free late check-out at 3pm. Thumbs up for this hotel.

Everything was great – the service was excellent, polite, and enthusiastic. Parking was convenient, and breakfast started at 6:30 AM and was delicious. I was pleasantly surprised when the owner personally picked me up from the high-speed rail station!
