This stay exceeded my expectations! The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and efficient with check-in, patiently answering all my questions. The hotel has a swimming pool, which was great for a relaxing swim during my downtime. The breakfast spread was extensive, delicious, and made with fresh ingredients. Overall, it offers excellent value for money, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time! Thanks to the front desk for upgrading my room, that's a bonus! 🍗

The room was really new, and the front desk even thoughtfully upgraded us to a family room. Every staff member at the front desk was so warm and welcoming – this hotel truly has a great atmosphere! Next time we come to Zhangjiajie, we'll definitely stay here again. Eating out is also super convenient, with plenty of options just a few hundred meters away. As a single adult with two kids, I felt completely at ease! The children loved it so much they didn't want to leave! I rarely leave reviews, but today I absolutely have to give this place a thumbs up! 👍

This hotel is a magnet for international guests. The facade immediately strikes you as light luxury, sophisticated, and pristine. Downstairs, there's a pool, a favorite among kids, with bikini-clad beauties and handsome foreign boys splashing around. Directly opposite the hotel, a stream flows, and the small waterfall is quite a sight to behold.

Great location! It's very close to the forest park, making it super convenient to get around. The room was clean and bright with mountain views right from the window. The service was attentive and thoughtful. It's so comfortable to stay here after a hike, highly recommended!

The hotel is quite new, and the overall environment is excellent with clean and comfortable rooms. What I loved most was the view from the room; pulling back the curtains revealed a beautiful scenery that instantly brightened my mood. The staff were also very friendly and polite. The hotel's location is super convenient. You can walk across the bridge to Xibu Street, where you'll find all sorts of local delicacies and specialty snacks. Getting to the scenic area by taxi is just a short, minimum-fare ride away. I believe there's room for improvement regarding breakfast; some details could be enhanced. I'm confident that as a newly opened hotel, it will get better and better with more experience. Overall, my stay was fantastic, and it's a highly recommended hotel. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next trip to Zhangjiajie.
