The location of the Hotel is just 15 min walk (5 min by taxi) from the Tianmen Mountain cableway station (or shuttle bus). The location of the property is just opposite a police station. The staff was extremely friendly. They have luggage storage, I just dropped the luggage before the Tianmen Mountain trip, and they transferred the luggage to the hotel room already as I checked in in the evening. Clean room and standard amenities. Note: the room was a minutes walk from the main front /reception desk at a separate building (but there was also a front desk).

The standout here is Jerry, the owner. He was incredibly helpful, answered every question I had and went out of his way to help me book both sets of tickets. That kind of hands-on hospitality makes a real difference, especially for a solo traveler navigating the area for the first time. The location is great, the bed was comfortable, and hot water was reliable. Only downside was the shower. The bathroom felt quite cramped, which wasn't ideal. That said, I was only there for one night and it didn't detract much from the overall stay. Would recommend, especially if you're heading to Tianmen Mountain or the National Forest Park and want a host who actually looks out for you.

The owner and his family are very sweet. We spotted a big spider in the room and the owner helped to relocate it. In the end, he suggested to move our room. The room is rather simple and old but the family’s kindness makes up for it all. The location is also fantastic if you take the bus to go to Zhangjiajie mountains or take cable car to Tianmen mountain.

Stayed here for 1 night. This place is a perfect choice for those who want to go up to tyanmen mountain. Cableway station is just in 10-15 min of walk from the hotel. Owners of the hotel were very kind and helpful. Room was clean and fully equiped with everything you need!

I really enjoy my time here!!! It was nearby the tianmen mountain gate A, only 10 minutes walk. The room was clean. The owner was very very very helpful and nice. I do recommend everyone who will go to tianmen mountain by gate A to book this hotel.

We were travelling to Zhangjiajie to explore the national park and the mountains. The location was very nice as it being close to the airport and train station, and the drive is only 30 minutes to get to the gate entrance of the park. The host was very friendly and helpful for giving us tips on how to spent our time to get the most out of the national park. A clean and quiet place.
