Very helpful service provider by hotel owner and his wife. Guided us on wulingyuan national park route planning, assisted with entrance ticket booking. He even helped to pay first our taxi driver who took us from train station to the hotel as we had problem with mobile payment at that time.

The staff and service is superb! We stayed 3 nights and book 3 rooms. The view from the rooftop every morning is amazing on a clear day. the only downside would be that the main road is currently under construction, which affect its accessibility. However, the service and attentiveness of the owner is really good. we had bbq dinner at the rooftop on the last day, invited by the owner and it was really an experience. 🌸 the staff was really helpful to recommend us places and give us discount for local attraction (like the wulingyuan area/ tianmenshan area) too

The host is very friendly. He helped us to book an airport taxi. Because the road is under construction, he helped us by picking up our bags from down below. Also, every night he created a guide for us with the most optimal route through the national forest park. The rooms are clean and big. Overall, we are very satisfied

Family owned hotel, the owner was really nice and helpful, very friendly and genuine. We got our room upgraded for free just because he saw our luggages was big (2 big luggages), what a nice person. We chat a lot using the translate app as we dont speak chinese. The breakfast was so good, the home cooking noodle soup. Location's good, close to so many good local reastaurants, and also close to the entrance of the wulingyuan side of the Zhangjiajie National Forest Park. I highly recommend this hotel.

This is a really nice comfortable hotel. The staff are very friendly and helpful to foreigners. This is a great town to stay in to get to the mountains easily. Yummy simple breakfast too

+ very helpful stuff, amazing view from the rooftop, Chinese traditional interior, next to the mountains.
- We took romantic suite - it’s big, but a bit old school. The balcony is facing somebody’s local house and the people who live there were loud after 10 pm.
Also there are not many sockets in the room.
Not much choice for breakfast.

The price-performance ratio is good, the room is quite large, and the service is very good. The innkeeper will help book tickets, give away maps, and provide guidance on how to visit Zhangjiajie. The breakfast is okay and can fill you up. The breakfast place is on the rooftop on the fifth floor with a nice view. The water in the shower room is large enough, making bathing comfortable. The only bad thing is that the location of the inn is a bit remote. There is a large and steep slope that is difficult to walk up to the inn. The owner of the inn will help with luggage.
