The host was super friendly and helpful. We chatted on WeChat before my arrival, and everything went smoothly, from getting from the airport to the hotel to walking to the Zhangjiajie Park ticket gate. The room was clean and very beautiful. There is AC, but the mountain air is fresh and pleasant, so we didn't turn it on. The mattress is very firm, which was comfortable for me. Just a small tip for future guests: we brought our own soap and hair products, as they are not provided. You may also want to ask the host for instructions on how to use the toilet flushing system and the shower.
