Perfect location within Wulingyuan surrounded by plenty of local, affordable places to eat. Only a 20 minute walk from the main entrance of the Zhangjiajie National Forest Park. The staff were very friendly, helping us to buy discounted tickets and planning four days of activities. They guided us on how best to navigate all the attractions. The hotel also offers free washing and drying facilities. The rooms themselves are very clean and spacious.
Would definitely recommend to anyone travelling to Zhangjiajie!

The hotel was great, in a good location - they gave us a free upgrade to a better room, which was amazing! However, the biggest upside was the hospitality and insightful tips from the front desk! They organized pick ups and drop offs, bought discounted tickets for the Zhangjiajie National Park and Glass Bridge. They organized everything for us and how to tackle the park in the best way possible. Also, they were always available if we had any requests. Staff was super friendly, always trying to help! We will definitely be back! 🫶🏻♥️🐲⛩️

Location: convenient and has great river view.
Hospitality: 10 out of 10. The hotel staff are very helpful informative and great at communicating. Wullingyuan scenic core area and tianmen mountain are complex, we relied on the hotel guide for daily activities where to go from point to point on map. And they provide cheaper ticket for attractions as well. Room was large and wide view window looking out the river, big tv screen. What an excellent stay we had.

Wonderful stay with nice view.
The staff very helpful with booking and organizing trip/tickets to the attractions. Room is modern and clean. There is on-site laundry/washing machine, which is handy after hiking the mountains.

Nice hotel with great location. It is near to Zhangjiajie natural forest park and charming xiangxi show. It is located next to a river with some walking trails which looks serene.

Awesome..Wonderfull..the owner (Mr.Lee) are so helpfull and super kind..he will help you arrange all the ittinary and ticket for all the attraction place that in the plan..ask him everything..he will try his best to help you..and also there ada 2 HALAL restaurant nearby..
