A really lovely hostel, with fantastic owners! They were professional from start to finish and even helped us organize our sightseeing. We stayed in a room on the 4th floor with a nice view of the street, which gets lively in the evenings. It was quiet and clean. Plus, the hostel is located just a 10-minute walk from the park and is surrounded by plenty of great little restaurants. I recommend it 1000 times over! — Sasha and Loic

We had a great stay at Eryatou Inn. The host was super friendly and helpful! Although her English was limited, she was still able to give us good advice on heading to the attractions early and also recommended the best routes to take for our trip to the Zhangjiajie National Park. She also helped us book one attraction last minute which was super helpful. The room we booked was very spacious and had very good ameneties. This inn is also super close to the East Gate entrance of the National Park so very convenient to just walk over.

Hi All. I would like to thank our Host. The stay was amazing without a hitch. The Host was more than helpful. We arrived pretty late and still got a warm welcome. Right after that, a charming young receptionist, speaking great english, asked Us about our plan for the national park. Helped us plan the whole visit so we could see all we wanted, draw us a map, bought Us tickets. The room was clean and lovely. Short story 100/10, definitely recommend for anyone visiting Zhangjiajie and Tianmen mountains. Thank you!!

Such a pleasant stay. The staff were really friendly and it was the most convenient location for the national forest with the entrance being less than a 10 minute walk away. The room was lovely, extremely spacious and the bath was really nice with the lights being a nice touch :) little bit hard to find so I’ve added photos of the outer building.

Great location, surrounded with convenient store and restaurants in walking distance. The East gate to Zhangjiajie national park is 9mins walking distance away. The staff was very helpful for a late arrival check in. How ever it was hard to contact hotel directly via trip.com. Once booking was confirmed wished they contacted us with their hotel WeChat group for questions. They assisted with our laundry for free and dried it in our room which was very helpful on wet weather days.
