We booked this Airbnb type accommodation in Wulingyuan for a few days in order to explore Zhangjiajie Forest National Park and also to experience living in an actual Chinese house and neighborhood. The 2 bedroom apartment had the necessary amenities. We felt comfortable and safe. But the most important aspect of the stay was the excellent service provided by Ms April. She went out of her way to make sure that we were well looked after. She gladly helped us book the Park tickets and even provided a daily tour map with instructions (Chinese and English) that immensely helped navigating the park. April made the difference in our journey and that was much appreciated! Tips: The place is a good 10 minutes walk from the Park Eastern entrance along a street fronted with hotels, restaurants and convenience stores. As the weather is unpredictable, make sure to buy waterproof rubber covers for your shoes in addition to the umbrella! It makes a whole lot of difference!
