The hotel is near South Gate of Zhangjiajie. The area is quite away from main market. Breakfast is average, not suitable for those who prefers English style food. Moreover, South gate attractions can be covered in one day . Zhangjiajie east gate is 48 minutes away , Grand Canyon is 42 minutes away . Hotel staff is cooperative but since locality is not much good therefore they can’t do much . Overall average hotel not good for families or those people who intend to have 5 x days trip at Zhangjiajie.

The location was exactly what I wanted, quiet and peaceful in a natural area. The staff are extremely helpful (though neither of them knew English), especially Mr. Yu was always ready to help and guide. They have a free transfer service to shopping area and National forest park. Unfortunately, they have only Chinese style breakfast (dumpling, corn,..) so do not expect bread, jam, butter or even tea/coffee! Considering the price you pay, it definitely very good place to stay.

The easiest and cheapest way to reach this hotel is with Didi if you're coming from Zhangjiajie West train station. The owner can drive you to, and from, the South entrance of the park for free but it's also possible to walk if you want to. Our room was spacious and had a beautiful view of some of the mountains.

The front desk service of this hotel is really horrible. It's the first time I've encountered such a terrible service. I have to pay money to see people's faces. I dare not ask for more. I just want to sleep and leave immediately. I will never stay in this hotel again in my life.

The surrounding area is a scenic spot. The rooms are spacious, well-equipped, clean and tidy, the environment is comfortable, the service is warm and thoughtful, and any problems can be responded to and solved in a timely manner. I am satisfied

Full marks! The scenery is really nice! The food is delicious too. There is a car for pick-up. There is a map at the front desk for guides. Backed by bamboo forest, the environment is quiet, but the room is clean and bug-free. There is also a large yard for parking. Full marks! 100 points!

The room is spacious and comfortable. The room with balcony has a beautiful view of the mountain. It can accommodate foreigners, the service is thoughtful, the breakfast is rich, and the hygiene is good. It is very close to the south gate of the Forest Park. There is a car to take tourists to the south gate. If you want to go to the Forest Park, you can choose to stay here.

The room is relatively large and ventilated from the north to the south. It is the design of the original sanatorium and is very suitable for middle-aged and elderly people to escape the heat and recuperate. This store is more than 700 meters above sea level, located halfway up a mountain, surrounded by mountains, lush trees, and abundant negative oxygen ions. Close to the south gate of the National Forest Park, it is convenient to enter the park. There is a beautiful view outside the window. The hotel is large in area, with flowers and bamboo forests. Parking is convenient. The mountain spring water is of good quality. Park, mahjong, table tennis, badminton, karaoke, etc. Facilities are available. The breakfast food is rich in content, and the mid-day and evening food tastes better.

The service is good. There are free shuttles to scenic spots. The hotel's breakfast buffet in the morning is delicious and has many varieties. However, the environment and hygiene are not very good. The hotel is on a mountain. When we went up the mountain, we suspected that the navigation was wrong and led us to the wilderness. In terms of hygiene, the tap water is a bit yellowish, even after it has been stored for a long time. There are several chairs in the room, but two of them are moldy. Finally, I will share some pictures of the scenic spots.

The hotel is clean and tidy, the owner is hospitable and the service is enthusiastic. Zhangjiajie Scenic Area is just outside the hotel, and the transportation is very convenient. There is a car to pick you up. The food cooked by the chef in the canteen is delicious, and the chicken soup is delicious. Our family is very satisfied. Thank you for your hard work!
