Good location near the cableway! Rooms are good and they have wash machines.

I booked this hotel for 2 nights.
Once arrived was early morning at 6 AM.
Staff is very kind, he permit us early check-in.
The room is very cute and clean. The size is huge.
Location is very near to bus station to Wulingyuan.
You can call didi to Tianmenshan only 6 RMB or can walk to downtown around 1.5 km.
You can borrow the costome to take photos.
All staffs friendly and ready to help you.

Thanks to staff Xiang Ling for upgrading my room to a family room which gives me very big space and very comfortable. The room was very clean and everything was good. Direct bus access to high speed train station.

I had an exceptional experience at this hotel
. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and I was immediately impressed by the cleanliness and stylish decor of the hotel.
My room was spacious, quiet, and thoughtfully designed, with a comfortable bed, modern amenities, and a beautiful view. Housekeeping was consistent and attentive throughout my stay

Excellent location, a short walk from the mountain cable way entrance and a few good restaurants. Very clean and modern hotel with an incredibly friendly staff. A huge thank you to Xiao Wu for upgrading our room and helping us with whatever we needed.

The hotel provides a service to wear the traditional costume for free! It is a bot far from the entrance to Zhangjiajie (even though it is still within walking distance). The staff are friendly and it is clean! Excellent!
