The hotel is aweful- avoid if you can. No service provided to help with your bags, the breakfast is poor and nothing for vegetarians, the room floor carpet was so dirty that we would not walk on ot even with our socks on. Spots all over.

Pros: staffs at the front desk are friendly. good location for tianmen mountain tourist. Convenient area as many restaurants and shops are around. Close to Zhangjiajie railway station and the airport , about 15minutes away from west railway station.
Cons: rooms are old dated , shower booth water pressure is weak, bed mattress is not comfortable. Breakfast is very simple chinese style (no toast machine, no butter/jam, coffee taste weird).

Clean and comfortable, good location directly opposite Tianmen cable car station. Front desk manager very helpful. No hair dryer and bathroom not enclosed. (Lim M K of Singapore)

you can't beat the location. its across the street from the tram station from top of the mountain. easy food access at night and plenty of transportation around.
