Wulingyuan Hotel meet my expectation for my trip. Location was near the Forest Park entrances and eateries was within walking distances. The room was very clean, spacious and comfortable. The settings was very nice and fit the atmosphere. The counter staff and service staff were all very friendly and helpful. Front desk provide a lot of assistance in term of info to attractions, transportation and eateries. Requests were looked into and feedback/update promptly. I would stay at Wulingyuan for future visits and highly recommend this to relatives, friends and tourists going to Wulingyuan districts.

Best location within 5 minutes walk to East Gate Park entrance. Hotel is quiet and comfortable with restaurant n shop beside the hotel.

The hotel is in a great location, right next to the Wulingyuan Scenic Area in Zhangjiajie. The sanitary conditions are good, the staff are professional and enthusiastic, making people feel at home, especially the big sister who cleans the room. Every night after visiting the scenic spots, I feel that the room is clean and sanitary, and the items in the room are neatly arranged. Thank you very much! The downside is that the hotel facilities are a bit old. I hope there will be more surprises next time I come to the hotel.
